3 Things You Should Demand From Your Article Submission Service

3 Things You Should Demand From Your Article Submission Service
Download Free Copy Of The Expert Guide To Article Marketing
Article marketing is the way to go to get free traffic to your website, but it can be time consuming if you don't use the time saving tools and technology that is available. The question to ask yourself when it comes to using these services, is "How much is my time worth?" If your time isn't worth very much, then you can spend the several days it would take you to submit your article by hand to most of the article directories out there. If your time is worth a lot, then you will not get a very good return on your investment if you take the time to submit your articles by hand to all of the article directories. However, if your time is worth a lot, then you will want to use article submission services to submit your articles for you. There are many article submission services out there, so what service should you be using and what features should you demand from your article submission service?

1) Does the service distribute multiple versions of the same article?

The search engines are always changing their algorithms, and although there isn't a penalty for duplicate content, you won't receive much credit for it either. You can have the same article on different websites, and if enough of the rest of the page is very different, you can get away with placing the same article on different websites, and get credit for it. However, you will want to understand that wherever your article ends up, you have to depend upon the webmaster to make their website different enough to use your article.

The answer to this dilemma is to send out a different version of your article to the different article directories. Writing a different version of the article for each directory takes even more time than submitting to all of the directories by hand. What is the solution? It is choosing an article submission service that creates a different version for you as it submits your article to the different directories. When choosing your service, make sure your service allows you to create quality variations of your article. It defeats the purpose of creating variations if your variations are unreadable and don't make sense. You would be better off submitting the same version of your article to the different article directories. You want a service that will create a quality variation that still adds value and someone else would want to have on their website.

2) Does it allow you to use HTML in your resource boxes?

The article submission service you use should allow you to the option of using an HTML resource box. The value of having this feature is that you get to increase your link juice for your desired keywords. Instead of linking to your website using your URL (such as mywebsite.com). You get to use a keyword in the link to your website (such as ). This adds link popularity for your keyword and will increase your chances of being found in the search engines. This can be a very beneficial feature because if you combine this feature with multiple versions of your articles, you can use one article to build your link popularity with multiple keywords.

3) Does your article submission service give you tools to promote your articles more efficiently?

The article submission service you choose should give you your own personal RSS feed. This is a great way of keeping your readers informed of the articles you are publishing. You can also market your RSS feed to the different feed directories that are out there to bring even more exposure to your articles. This should be a standard feature to your article submission service. If it isn't, look for another service.

Marketing your articles can be a tedious process if you don't have the right tools or technology. To make the most of your marketing efforts, you want to use an article submission service that gives you the best chance of having your articles be found by the search engines. Using these tips along with others will increase the chances of your articles reaching your target market.

The Number 1 Affiliate Marketing Secret

The Number 1 Affiliate Marketing Secret
Download Free Copy Of Affiliate Marketer's Handbook
Affiliate marketing is a great way to make money online, and even if you don't have a list of customers who buy every time you email them, you can still make money with Internet based affiliate marketing with this cool tactic that I use. I actually have taught my mom to do this in several niches and she uses it to bring in a couple thousand dollars a month. She's wanting to retire and works a full time job, so I knew I had to come up with something she could do fairly easy.

First, you'll need to pick a pretty broad niche. Like health, hobbies, etc. Yes, you can even use Internet marketing. That's actually the niche I use this tactic for.

So, once you have your niche, you need to make sure their are plenty of digital products for your niche ClickBank, PayDotCom, and SaleFlurry are the three biggest affiliate sites where you can find tons of digital products you can sell as an affiliate.

Pick 1 digital products to start out with. You're either going to have to buy it or ask the owner for a review copy because you'll need to write a review for the product. Now this is really important. You're not writing an ad for the product, you're writing a review. My suggestion is to go to a place like EzineArticles and read articles about how to write a review before writing your first one. It's really not that hard, so don't let that discourage you. Once you get your first one done, all other ones you write will be super easy.

Once you have your product reviewed, and the review written for it, it's time to create a blog, and post the review to your blog. Make sure you create links so that once the person reads your review, they can buy the product. These will be your affiliate links. I highly recommend getting your own domain name and installing a blog on it.

Okay, so you've got a blog with your product review. There's only one problem. No one is coming to your blog, right? Well here's where the secrets come in. Just kidding. The secret is there are no secrets. Just tactics you have to learn.

So the first thing I do is use an RSS submitter tool, and submit my blog RSS feed to the directories. This will give you some instant traffic.

The second thing I do is pay an article writer to write an article for me on the topic of the product I have reviewed. Once you have your article, there's one more step you have to take before we use the articles, and that's keyword research.

You need to find easy to rank for keywords that are related to your product. An easy to rank for keyword is simply a keyword that gets good searches but doesn't have a lot of competition. There are a lot of software programs online that will help you determine easy to rank for keywords. You'll need 2-3 easy to rank for keywords per product. Using easier keywords to rank for in the beginning will allow your affiliate marketing website to gain search rank much quicker.

Once you have those, make sure to take one of them and use it to link back to your site in your resource box. This will give you backlinks for that keyword because we're going to be submitting the article to article directories. Backlinks are important and submitting articles is a great way to get them.

Take your other keywords you have, and use other ways to get backlinks for them. Either have more articles written or learn more ways to get backlinks. Believe me, there are tons of ways to get backlinks and many of them are free.

Once you've done this, rinse and repeat with a new product....

What does all of this accomplish?

If you keep writing reviews for your products and putting your affiliate links in the reviews, you'll make sales on those products by driving traffic the ways I've told you. There are tons of ways to drive traffic, but this is the easy method for building your affiliate marketing business. You'll get some instant traffic, but by using the backlink tactic, you'll also get long term traffic as your reviews start ranking for their keywords.

Is Your Home Business A Hobby Or A Real Business?

Is Your Home Business A Hobby Or A Real Business?
Download Free Copy Of Small Business Success Secrets
I attended a very exclusive wealth conference in San Diego last week and one of the keynote speakers did a segment on treating your home business like a real business NOT like a hobby.

Sounds odd right? Who on earth starts a business and doesn't treat it like a real business? You'd be surprised...

To my surprise and to the surprise of just about every other entrepreneur at the conference, the IRS is not too thrilled with this approach either. As a matter of fact, they have recently taken a stance on this issue due to the astronomical number of home business start ups in the United States as of late.

In case you didn't know, home based businesses now represent 52% of small businesses in the United States according to Small Business Administration (SBA).

Entrepreneur Magazine recently reported that the home business industry is a $427 BILLION per year industry - more that the pharmaceutical industry, food industry and consumer goods industry combined!

So here's what you need to know.

IRS Definition Of A Hobby:

It is generally accepted that people prefer to make a living doing something they like. A hobby is an activity in which you DO NOT expect to make a profit.

It amazes me everyday in this industry how many people have the hobby mentality and take the "I'll give this a try and see if it works" approach. You know what I'm talking about. We've all been there at one point or another.

Well, I have some disturbing news on taking that approach to running your home business. "If you do not carry on your business or investment activity to make a profit, you CANNOT use a loss from the activity to offset other income."

The crucial distinction between a hobby and a real business is whether you engage in the activity with what the IRS calls a profit motive.

I thought this was fascinating because the amount of people I see each and every day that want to begin their own businesses actually do not really have a profit motive. They think they do but they really don't and in most cases they take the every popular: "I'll give this a try and see if it works" approach.

Most home business owners do not realize that if their business is properly defined and properly structured (more on this in a moment) from day 1, ALL of their expenses are tax deductible against ALL household income. NOT just against the income from their home business.

You may want to read that again. Here is an example for illustrative purposes:

John and Susan Smith earn $80,000 per year between the both of them from their full time jobs. They start their own home business with $2000 and eventually invest another $5000 into their business over the course of the year to get it off the ground. They have now invested $7000 in their first year.

If they have properly structured their business from day 1 and have a profit motive from day 1 then they are entitled to a $7000 tax deduction for the current calendar year.

So instead of John and Susan paying taxes on $80,000 (their combined job income), they would only pay taxes on $73,000 ($80,000 combined job income - $7,000 in home business start up and expenses).

Not a bad deal, huh? Now, if John and Susan earned $20,000 in their home business that year then they would pay their normal taxes on $80,000 from their combined job income (since they do not show a loss). But, they would only be required to pay taxes on $13,000 of their home business income because they had $7,000 in expenses ($20,000 earnings - $7,000 start up / expenses = $13,000).

Do you see the powerful benefits of owning a properly designed and properly structured home business? Ok, so how do you know if your home business is structured properly and NOT viewed as a hobby?

We'll let's have you take a quick test. Have you ever said any of the following at any time when you began a business? And be honest...

1. "I'll give it a try and see what happens."

2. "I'm doing this with the idea of making a profit and if I can't make a profit doing this, then I'll find something else to do that will make me a profit."

3. "Let's see if we make any money at it first"

Notice the above words in italics. If you find yourself using any of these words in your business endeavors it may be time to rethink this whole being your own boss, entrepreneur thing. Not to mention, it is a hobby mentality and frankly, is a damaging mind set to be in.

So, do you have a profit motive? Let's see. Here's what justifies a profit motive?

First and foremost, you must never take the approach in questions 1 - 3 above at anytime or you are clearly not serious and will most likely spend more money than you ever earn. And, you must Incorporate your business otherwise you are viewed by the IRS as a sole proprietorship. A sole proprietorship is when you operate your own business without a formal legal entity such as a corporation (Inc.) or (LLC). This is very risky.

When you operate you business as a sole proprietorship there is absolutely NO legal separation between you and your business and you have personal liability for every business debt.

Guess how the IRS feels about this? Yep, hobby. Your chance of getting audited doubles as well. Yes, doubles.

Furthermore, we live in the most litigious society in the world. 4 out of 5 small business fail in their first 5 years. This is a national statistic.

Considering the great majority of new business owners use their own personal money to begin their enterprise, should their business fail, business creditors can now rightfully go after your personal assets.

Not good. So ask yourself 2 questions right now to determine whether or not your home business is a hobby or a real business...

1. Am I taking the "I'll give this a try and see if it works" approach?"

2. Is my business properly structured right now by being incorporated for legitimacy, protection and long term success?

The answers lie right there.

Mistakes By New Internet Marketers: The Top 4

Mistakes By New Internet Marketers: The Top 4
Download Free Copy Of Derek Gehl's Six Steps You Need To Follow To Guarantee The Success Of Your Online Business!
It is easy to find yourself a little overwhelmed when you begin your internet marketing career. There is so much to learn, and so many things to do. Above all else, there are some basic mistakes you need to watch out for. If you can learn to avoid these mistakes, you will succeed online. Here are the top 4 reasons internet marketers fail.

Internet Marketing Mistake #4: AFRAID YOU DON'T KNOW ENOUGH YET

The number 4 mistake of new internet marketers is BEING AFRAID YOU DON'T KNOW ENOUGH YET. Many new online marketers don't ever get started because they think they need to know everything before they start. They buy every course and every ebook they can get their hands on. They study and read and study and read, but that is all they ever do. You will never know everything there is to know about internet marketing. Learning is an ongoing process. You will learn more by doing than you ever will learn from a course or a book. Just start and the knowledge will come.

Internet Marketing Mistake #3: TRYING TO BE PERFECT

The number 3 mistake of new internet marketers is TRYING TO BE PERFECT. It is common for new marketers to try to be perfect. Just a few more tweaks of the site and then it will be perfect. Just a few more, just this little adjustment, you can go on and on. Nothing you do will ever be absolutely perfect. If you wait until you think your product is perfect or you wait until your website is perfect you will always be waiting.

Nothing is perfect, but it doesn't have to be perfect. Does it do the job it is supposed to do? Does it look like it will sell a product? Then that's good enough to start with. Trying to be perfect is really another way of procrastinating. Get it going. You can improve the product or the website or anything else as you go along. Nothing happens until you finally decide to move ahead.

Internet Marketing Mistake #2: BEING AFRAID OF FAILURE

The number 2 mistake of new internet marketers is BEING AFRAID OF FAILURE. This may be the mistake that holds more new online marketers back more than any other mistake. They are afraid if they market their product it will be a failure, so they never market it. How can you know something will be a failure before you try? If you don't try it's guaranteed you will fail.

New internet marketers, heck even great internet marketers fail a lot. But there is no such thing as failure. All failure means is the next time you need to make some changes. It was failure that ultimately taught every marketer how to really market. Failure allowed them to find out what didn't work so the next time they could do different things that would work.

Internet Marketing Mistake #1: FAILURE TO TAKE ACTION

And the number one reason that new internet marketers don't succeed is FAILURE TO TAKE ACTION. Most internet marketers just never get started. To succeed in marketing you need to take action. It almost doesn't matter what action as long as you actually start something and follow through on it.

If you don't put your product on a website, you won't sell it no matter how much you have learned. If you don't find some product to sell, you won't succeed no matter how much you know about product creation or affiliate marketing. The point is if you do nothing, you will gain nothing. Take action!

If you are aware of the Top 4 mistakes that most new internet marketers make, then you are already ahead of the curve. Don't fall into those traps.

Get started, don't try and be perfect, don't worry about how much you don't know and don't be afraid of failure. If you can do those things avoiding the top 4 mistakes, you will be on your way to online success.

10 Mistakes That Will Crush Your Email Marketing Campaign

10 Mistakes That Will Crush Your Email Marketing Campaign
Download Free Copy Of 30 Day Blueprint For SuccessEmail marketing is an integral component of success in your Internet business. If you can steer clear of some of the mistakes that many marketers make, you can earn an enviable income. If you're ready to advance your Internet marketing campaign and make money online, you've got to learn money-making tactics that convert into sales.

Here are 10 critical errors that will kill your business:

1. Sending spam. Spamming is illegal with harsh penalties for those who break the law. Spam is email that is sent anonymously to a large list of recipients, but it goes beyond that and the parameters can be confusing. Many people are puzzled about what is legally considered spam and what is not, so it's best to send mail only to people on your list. That way you won't risk losing your ISP.

2. Writing so-so subject lines. The goal of the subject line is to get readers to open your email. Your subject lines must contain a reader benefit and evoke curiosity in the recipient. It must say, Open me now!

3. Misleading the reader. If your message doesn't match the subject line, then you'll turn off your list. Avoid attention-getting subject lines that trick the recipient.

4. Buying email lists. The key to a successful Internet marketing campaign is to send email to prequalified prospects. If you buy a list, chances are that you won't get the results that you had hoped for. Less is often more in Internet marketing.

5. Sending emails for the sake of sending emails. You must provide quality content for recipients. Offer free tips, inform them how to do something successfully, or provide a solution to their problems. If they think your email is wasting their time, they won't bother opening anything else from you in the future.

6. Being too formal. Talk directly to the reader, as if he is sitting next to you. If your email sounds too business-like, he'll likely delete it. Emails should be a soft sell, not an over-zealous sales call.

7. Injecting the "Me" Factor. Here's a harsh slap of reality for new marketers: Your prospects don't care about YOU. They want to know what you can DO for them. Don't talk about yourself too much in the email. Focus on reader benefits instead.

8. Forgetting the call-to-action. If you write an interesting email that captures immediate attention but doesn't ask the reader to take action, you'll lose a sale right away. Be sure to end with a call-to-action that focuses on scarcity, value, or a time-limited promotion.

9. Including too many links or images. If you try to over-deliver on the content, your recipients email may disable the links. While content is king, focus on one good thing at a time in your email.

10. Adding too much hype. Over-the-top hype does not work in an email campaign. If you want your Internet business to thrive, focus on providing quality content that speaks directly to the reader with a message he'll respond to.

Email marketing is an effective way to supercharge your Internet marketing campaign. If you provide good content, benefits to the readers, and avoid the appearance of spam, you can make money online and increase your profits exponentially.

If you are interested in making money online, an affiliate website can make all of your dreams come true, you know that you will need a website to get started. The most important thing for a website is traffic. You can use an existing site or you can build a site specifically for your affiliate programs either way having a website is the first step. After that many are at a loss as to what to do next. Here are four tips that will help your affiliate site be a success.

The most important factor for your success is choosing a nice market. If your site is too broad you will have too much competition on the search engines and you will never make it. Choose a nice market and become an expert on that market. The best way to choose your market is to choose something you are interested in that has a relatively low number of results when you search it in Google. For instance do not sell party supplies sell, children's theme party supplies.

Next you must pack your site with useful information. Tell people all about your product. Offer instructions for use or product reviews or in the case of party supplies, include tips and ideas for parties while offering affiliate links for all the supplies needed. The information is once you get people to your site the information that you have available is what will keep them there and it is what will drive them to buy from your affiliates.

Use targeted marketing for your site. However you choose to market you website, whether it is with article marketing, blogging, emailing, or pay per click, choose a target market and focus on them. Any traffic is great if traffic is what you are going for but you want sales so you have to attract people who are likely to buy what you are selling or else you are wasting you efforts.

Follow up with customers. Create a way to maintain a relationship with your customers. Offer a free newsletter. It will take some work to put a newsletter together but it will give you a chance to remind customers about your website and give them a chance to return and make another purchase.

Ludicrously Lucrative List Building
Copyright © 2008 Your Mind Body and Soul 123
Download Free Copy Of List Building Super Tips
Lots of people put opt-in forms on their websites because they know that once you get people on your list, you will then be able to make more money with your business because you will have more opportunities to sell to people.

Once you sell a good product to someone and they are happy with the results they got from the product, then they will trust your advice and are more likely to buy again from you in the future.

But they have to know about these new products you will eventually offer before they can buy it. If they are regular visitors to your website then there isn't a problem but if they're not, then how will they know? Also, with the amount of websites that could be competing in your market, they may be distracted by other sites.

It's kind of like your favorite retail store. You love shopping there because of the great deals but you wont go there everyday to see if something new is on sale. Well at least most of us wont ;-) . You don't even think of it. But when your local paper comes to your door, the first thing you do is look for your favorite retail store's sales flyer.

This is the same thing with an opt-in list. Once you create a relationship with them, they will look forward to your emails and you have the ability to tell them about any new product offers you will have in the future.

Now you just can't go and throw an opt-in form on your site and expect people to give you their name and personal email address, you have to BRIBE them. Ya I said it... you have to bribe them!

You have to give them a darn good reason before they will give it to you. So put together a report or a series of reports in text, video, or audio format. Prepare anything that will be valuable information to your market that people will jump at the chance at getting in exchange for the email address.

Once on your list, then you can eventually start recommending products. But don't start promoting too soon, let your subscribers go through all of the great free content you just gave them first.

The backbone of the opt-in list is the auto-responder. Auto-responders allow you to send out a series of emails on different days. For example you could write a 7 day report and set up your auto-responder to send a different email everyday.

This is great because all you have to do is set it up once and it doesn't matter if someone opts in today or 4 months from now, each person will get the same 7 day report every day for 7 days. Without an auto-responder you would manually have to send the report each day whenever someone new signs up. Impossible.

Get started today with setting up your autoresponder and build your list!

How To Get Traffic Like The Pros

How To Get Traffic Like The Pros
Copyright © 2008 Your Mind Body and Soul 123
Download Free Copy Of 7 Totally Free Ways To Get More Traffic!
Are you struggling to make money online? Are you constantly working your butt off writing content each and every day but are still not getting much traffic?

If you want to make money online, you must put out content. The more content you put out, the more chances you will have to make sales. But what good is putting out content if nobody ever sees it?

It doesn't matter if you are the greatest writer in the world... if nobody sees it, you can't make sales. In fact, you can be a terrible writer but as long as you have traffic... you will make more sales than the person who is the best writer in the world and has no traffic.

Ok ok... so I have stressed the fact that traffic is important if you want to make money online. So what is one of the best ways to get a large amount of traffic to your site quickly?

Using Social Media Marketing!

Social Media Marketing is the use of Social Media sites (of course) such as FaceBook, Twitter and MySpace, to send traffic to your sites. You can get a lot of traffic very quickly with these types of sites and the best part is it's FREE!

But you must be very careful when using these sites because they are all more like little communities who are very protective. You must provide them with great quality content or they will bury you. But we all create great quality content all the time anyways right?

Also, did I mention that they hate Marketers?

Don't be scared though because if you don't spam them, you will be fine. This is a good thing because we all know what a pain spammers can be. So as long as you write good content that provides good information and not all "salesy", you'll be fine.

Another thing you should do before you start submitting content to these sites is to participate in these communities and get a feel for what is expected. After you have explored these sites and have joined in on all of the fun (ex. commenting on FaceBook and MySpace pages, sending out helpful Tweets, giving a thumbs up or down on sites), then after you have done this for awhile you can start to submit your own content slowly.

You should also only submit a small percentage of your content compared to commenting on other peoples submissions.

To begin with you can sign into these social sites and fill out the profiles. Filling out the profiles completely is a must. There are many 'how to' guides on the best procedures when filling out social media profiles.

Moreover, there are videos that show you step-by-step how to set up your FaceBook, MySpace and Twitter profiles the RIGHT way as well as giving excellent tips on how to get traffic from these sites without coming across as a spammer and eventually getting kicked out of the community.

I wish you well with your social media marketing. It really is a great way to get FREE traffic and mix with the members. Give it a try and see for yourself.

Website Not Performing As It Should? Ask These 7 Questions To Find Out Why

Website Not Performing As It Should? Ask These 7 Questions To Find Out Why
Download Free Copy Of 30 Day Blueprint For Success
In preparing to design and write my new website, I visited hundreds of other sites to get a feel for what I did/did not want.

For example, "squeeze pages" are all the rage these days. You know, those pages which require you to enter your name and email just to get a peek at the actual website (or you can check the always-too-tiny "enter site" button to skip the squeeze page).

I've decided, at least for now, not to have a squeeze page, but fully understand why you would want one (it strongly encourages, we won't say "forces", people to get on your mailing list in order to see your website).

Regardless of whether or not you choose to incorporate a squeeze page on your site, here's a list of the top 7 questions you need to ask your website in order to determine if it's performing as well as it could.

1. What problem(s) do you solve and what result (s) can I expect?

Your website must focus on the results, not the benefits that you offer -- your prospects want to know how you can help them solve their problems. Include results-based testimonials sprinkled throughout your site if possible.

2. Do you offer an email newsletter or "tip-zine"?

If you offer an email newsletter, be sure to have your sign-up box with privacy policy on every page and on the "top" screen (in the event your readers need to scroll down to read your full page).

3. Is your site "clean"?

By "clean", I mean is the text easy to read without TOO much formatting? Do all your links work? Are your navigation buttons easy to find and understandable? Is your site free of typos?

4. Is your contact information easy to find?

I recommend putting your contact information on the bottom of every page -- you want it to be easy for your readers to find you if they have a question. Do this even if you have a "Contact Us" page.

5. Is your domain name intuitive?

When it comes to domain names (your URL, what people type when going to your site), it's more important to be intuitive than to be cute. You could have the cutest name in the world and it means nothing if people don't "get it" and visit your site. Keep it simple.

6. WIIFM

In addition to your email newsletter or tip-zine, what do you offer your readers? What's In It For Me (WIIFM) as a reader of your site? Do you share a no cost special report, audio tips, e-course? Give your readers the chance to get to know you through your giveaway item.

Note: You should still get your email newsletter up and running even if you don't currently have a giveaway item -- you can add that afterwards.

7. Do you have a picture?

If you are a solopreneur (single, small business owner) and you want to generate leads or sell products through the internet, it helps to have your picture either on your site or in your email newsletter/tip-zine.

When working "virtually", your readers will come to know and trust you through the words that you write. It helps for them to have a picture to connect to -- as people, we like to do business with people, not with faceless companies.

Clickbank is an affiliate network specializing in selling digital products like ebooks, software, and videos. With over 100K affiliates who are actively promoting their products Clickbank is a highly attractive network for many publishers.

Here are a few examples of how anyone can start making money with Clickbank.

1. Becoming an affiliate

The easiest way to start making money using CB marketplace is to sign up as an affiliate and pick a product to promote. The most important thing is to be able to find product that actually sells and conversions are high. This will ensure that your ROI (Return On Investment) is good and worth your efforts.

Here are some tips on how you can promote Clickbank products.

Google Adwords - This is the most popular way of getting traffic to your affiliate links. The main strategy is to create a pre-sell landing page that gets your visitors to go and buy the product you are promoting through your affiliate link. In fact it's not as easy as it sounds. If you don't test your keywords and track everything down to the keyword level to see which phrases are converting and which don't, then most likely you are going to lose money instead.

Article Marketing - You can promote CB products by writing high quality articles and then distribute them through article directories. This is a great way to start making money with Clickbank because it doesn't cost anything and you can actually start seeing results fairly quickly. The strategy here is to write a good article that provides great content and target keyword phrases that people are searching for through Google and other search engines. Once you article gets indexed and re-published by other sites it will start driving highly targeted traffic to your landing page.

Blogging - Blogs have become quite popular among affiliates who are using it to publish their content and make money at the same time. Blog is a content management platform that allows you to post your content and let the search engines know about it. Blogging can be highly profitable business all by itself. The reason for that is because it's easier to gain top search engine rankings with a blog than with a regular website.

2. Becoming a publisher

Creating your own products and selling through Clickbank is in fact much more profitable than just being an affiliate. The reason for that is because you can leverage your efforts through their affiliate base.

If you can create a high-in-demand product that targets desperate buyers and combine it with a high-converting sales letter, you will attract hundreds if not thousands of affiliates who will promote it for you.

The benefits of having your own product selling on Clickbank are amazing and if you are thinking about creating one then you should do all the necessary research to ensure that it sells.

First of all, you must do proper keyword research and find out of there is money being spent in that market. Then of course you should socialize with your potential customers through forums or message boards to find out what their problems are and how you can solve them.

You may also consider outsourcing your product creation by hiring a freelancer, which is going to speed up the process of launching your product.

Once you have your product it would be a great idea to hire a professional copywriter who will write the sales letter for you. This part is actually more important than the product creation itself, because even if your product is great but you don't know how to make your visitors buy then you won't make any money.

Conclusion:

Making money with Clickbank can be highly lucrative. There are affiliates who do very well selling other people's stuff, but being a publisher and having your own product has a lot more benefits and bottom line is more profitable.

The best way to start though is to find something that sells and see if you can sell it as an affiliate first. Then possibly create a similar product and that way increase your profits by leveraging your efforts.
