Viral Velocity --How to Build a Million Dollar Business Machine, Part 4
Download Free Copy Of The Butterfly Marketing Manuscript-The Leaked Chapter
The internet is the perfect platform for spreading the buzz about a website, product or even film. This is known as viral velocity, it's like the momentum of a sneeze spreading worldwide overnight via the internet.
The internet is instant in nature, and if someone likes something they see or read they will recommend it straight away and with the power of Web 2.0 this can spread like wildfire. The internet doesn't close, it's worldwide and millions of people are on it 24/7. Wouldn't you like some of that buzz and momentum about your latest article, blog post or free ebook?
The secret is to create something of value for free, like ebooks, articles, posting interesting content on forums and blogs, software, or videos and use the power of social networking to get the word out. These are the seeds of your viral campaign and the more you get out there, the more likely that sneeze will spread to the far corners of the World Wide Web.
Some considerations you should think about when creating your viral seeds and campaigns are how easy is the viral seed (whether it's a URL, article, free ebook, video, software etc) to pass on? It might be that you need to provide instructional videos or promotional tools for people to want to pass the seed on. If there is an added incentive like the ebook can be rebranded with that person's affiliate details, then they are more motivated to pass it on.
If passing the viral seed on is easy, then you increase your chances of it going viral. It could be as simple as you Twittering your latest blog post URL and someone picks that up and lets their followers know, and someone else does the same. Before you know it, this could have a whole load of visitors to your blog.
Be warned though good news spreads fast, bad news spreads even faster, so make sure all your dealings online are honest, above board and your best work. There will always be people we don't get on with, but keep conversations civil, especially on forum posts and blog posts, as these can be picked by the search engines and can go viral also. If your credibility and reputation is damaged in this way, it can be hard work to build up the momentum again.
Valuable content and viral velocity - that is the key to this money making system. Everything that you place online should be valuable information, directing you towards your final business goals. One of your goals should be building a list by giving ebooks away and this combined with viral velocity is a powerful money making system, but only if what you create is valuable.
The last bit of advice I will give you today, is that when you start out with your business online don't chase the money; nothing puts people off more. Instead, create valuable resources that people will appreciate you for and they will seek out your products and ways to give money to you. Be helpful and let the money come to you.

In building and growing an online business, or one with a strong online component, there are several must-have tools which will allow you to not only have passive revenue, but to enjoy multiple streams of it.
Here's a quick rundown of the most basic tools (there are other, more advanced tools which will be covered in a separate article):
1. A Shopping Cart.
An online shopping cart allows you to sell digital products, have them automatically delivered to your clients and automate the follow-up so you're not sending emails all day and night.
I use and highly recommend KickStart Cart as an all-in-one shopping cart and autoresponder service. The Pro Version is $99.00/month (U.S.). If you're not yet offering products, you can get the Starter ($34/mo) or Basic ($59/mo) versions.
And in order to easily accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express and Discover Card, you'll want to link your shopping cart with a merchant account using a payment gateway.
2. An Email Marketing System/Service.
An email marketing system allows you to send ezines, solo e-mails and contact your prospect list whenever you wish.
While you can, and many people do, use your shopping cart for this, I prefer to use a separate system (due to deliverability issues) and use Constant Contact.
I continue to test deliverability between Constant Contact and Kickstart Cart (which is one of the 1ShoppingCart brands - they all have the same issues) and, for now, remain with this choice.
3. A Website, Blogsite or Other Opt-in Page.
In any online business, your primary goal is to have ideal prospects sign up to your list so they can receive your ezine and other information.
The way to make this happen is by placing an opt-in box on a website, blogsite or single opt-in page.
The one you choose is completely up to you as all have been proven successful. The nice thing about a blogsite is that you can get it up and running quickly and inexpensively and your hosting is usually included.
If you're doing it yourself, I recommend TypePad for blogs/blogsites as it's easy-to-use and has responsive support staff.
4. An Incentive to Sign-up.
People are busy. We all receive too much in our email inboxes these days and will only part with our information if there is something in it for us: a special report that we're interested in, an audio series which will give us new information, a checklist that would be handy to have.
You need to have some incentive on your website/blogsite/opt-in page in order for people to part with their names and email addresses.
The report/audio/checklist is WHAT you're giving them. Your ezine? It's the bonus gift they receive as a result of requesting the report.
5. A Mentor.
If you're starting out or currently stuck in your online business efforts, you will want to strongly consider partnering with a mentor who can keep you focused and accountable while guiding you through the distractions (and there are MANY!).
You'll want to chat with a few different people to see who you best resonate with.
The time and money spent with a good mentor will save you hours and thousands of dollars in learning and mistakes, not to mention how much sooner the revenue will start coming in!
The above is by no means a complete listing of everything you'll need in your business, but these 5 tools will see you WELL on your way to a 6-figure business.
The next item? You'll have to wait for the next issue for that! :-)
My Request to You
If you've read the above and are shaking your head saying "I've done/have all of the above and STILL nothing's happening", then it's time to reevaluate:
Is your Incentive something your ideal client is interested in? If you're getting lots of traffic to your site, but no one's signing up, the answer is "nope", or you're not presenting it correctly.
Is your ezine providing information and content which is relevant to your ideal clients? If you're seeing a lot of unsubscribes, it's time to revisit what you're doing.
Do you have a mentor (or coach) who gives you broad strokes, but doesn't provide the actual steps of what you need to do when in order to move forward? If so, you need to ask if this is the right person for you at this time.
You, and only you, control your business and your level of success. What do YOU want and how much do you want it? The right tools will get you there so much faster!

Taking the Right Action: Four Qualities Your Online Mentor Must Have, Part II
Taking the Right Action: Four Qualities Your Online Mentor Must Have, Part II
Download Free Copy Of An Obvious Truth By Armand Morin
Last time we talked about how easy it is to get lost in all the how-to products. Buying courses about achieving online success can actually prevent you from taking the action you need to really attain internet marketing success.
The "anti-gurus" say you shouldn't buy anything. You can learn it all for free by searching online. I doubt this is true. But, even if it is, no one has the time to do this. And if you did, your time would be way better spent taking action towards attaining online success rather than reading about it.
The best shortcut to online success is an online mentor. Not a guru. Not someone who's made a lot of money online. But a mentor. Someone who can lead you step-by-step to internet marketing success. Your online mentor may be a guru. But, not all gurus are mentors. Not everyone who can make money online can teach others how to make money online.
How do you find an online mentor? I've spent thousands of dollars figuring this out. I have discovered definite characteristics that make a great mentor. Knowing these characteristics will arm you with the information you need to find your mentors, and your eventual online success. And hopefully, it will save you thousands of wasted dollars and at least that many wasted hours.
There are four qualities that my most powerful mentors share. First, your online mentor will provide personal customer support. This is an excellent indicator that they care about your online success. Call your potential mentor's support number or submit a support ticket. Ask a question about a product you're considering purchasing. How quickly do you get an answer? Do they ask questions to determine whether the product's right for you? Or just give you a heavy sales pitch? What kind of overall feel do you get from your interaction with the customer service folks?
Second, the best online mentor is one whose internet marketing success is not dependent on promoting every new product. Pay attention to which marketers promote every product. Or better yet, which ones DON'T. If you are used to seeing promotions from one of your potential mentors and they don't promote a big product, ask why. A good mentor will answer you. One of my mentors states up front whether a product is for newbies, intermediate and/or advanced marketers.
Third, your online mentor should have developed a product that you have benefited from. In your journey to internet marketing success, you should purchase products. You can't become a successful doctor without going to medical school. Online success also requires training. If you buy a product and it helps you, it means the developer of that product "speaks your language." This is essential to an effective mentoring relationship.
Finally, the best online mentor is going to give you value for free. They are going to routinely give you free products or helpful free advice. They truly care about your online success. Look on their website for free tools and resources. Save their emails and see if there's a pattern of valuable content, or just a bunch of product promotions.
You will likely find more than one online mentor. You may rely on some more than others in your rise to online success. But, don't try to go it alone. Success leaves footprints. Why not follow in them? Just don't fall into the trap of thinking the biggest "guru" is the best online mentor. Do your research. Choose wisely who you follow. Internet marketing success will come faster than you think.

Five Ways to Encourage Customers to Give You Feedback
Five Ways to Encourage Customers to Give You Feedback
Get Free Copy of Derek Gehl's Six Steps You Need To Follow To Guarantee The Success Of Your Online Business! & Affiliate Marketer's Handbook
Sometimes it can feel as though you're alone in the online business world, just trying to guess at what will make your customers happy. It would be so much easier if customers would simply tell you what they want and what they don't want from your business - wouldn't it? This is why you're seeing more Feedback options on websites than ever before. But the trick is to encourage your customers to actually utilize this option for themselves and for your benefit. Here are five ways to encourage customers to give you the feedback you need.
Make it Quick
When your customers are asked to provide feedback, you shouldn't necessarily give them a list of hundreds of questions. While this might seem helpful to you, if a customer has to spend more than five minutes on a feedback form, chances are high that they will either lie or they simply won't fill it out at all. Try to limit your questions to about five to ten questions with short or multiple choice answers. You can always rotate your questions out when you have enough answers and then find out the answers to new questions that come up.
Make it Easy
Feedback forms which are easy to find and easy to use are the ones that will get used more often. Place your feedback form somewhere along the checkout process when people might be waiting for things to happen - the form will pass the time. Or you might want to create a link in the receipt email that you send to them at the end of a transaction. You might also send out a short email after the transaction is over to see what their feedback might be.
Make It Worthwhile
Of course, some people will want to have something in return for their opinions. If this seems to be the case, you may want to offer a discount on their next order or perhaps create a sort of contest in which one of the names is drawn each day for a prize. If you find that your customers aren't answering your questions, it may just be a matter of giving them something in return for their time - and it doesn't have to be something substantial either.
Make it Fun
Feedback forms that are fun to use are the ones that will get used more often. Simple multiple choice surveys are bright and colorful and you can see the results of others surveys as well, if they are set up in a certain way. Perhaps when they click on a certain answer, they will see a picture or they might get a response for their opinion. Try to create a feedback form that is interactive to help engage them and make the time they spend pass quickly.
Make it Confidential
Very often, customers are nervous to give feedback for fear they will be identified with a negative response. Make sure that you are not asking for any identifying information, if you can, to show that you simply want feedback and aren't going to penalize anyone for something that went wrong during a transaction. Of course, this is harder to do when you have a feedback form during the checkout process, so you might want to leave the feedback as a separate transaction.
The value of feedback is difficult to measure. Feedback can help you find a new direction for your business or to choose a new product to sell. On the other hand, you might find out about problems that need to be addressed immediately. In any case, make sure that you are reading the answers and responding to them.

What is your blogging for profit plan? Many marketers have big dreams about building up big time profits with a blog. That is a great goal and very attainable but what is your plan for achieving that goal?
Most likely you already have what it takes to build a profitable blogging empire. If you have even below average intelligence and the will to work that you can do it.
But why is it that very few, less than 5% actually, ever attain the goal that they made of making a full time income from blogging?
There are big reasons that keep most bloggers from hitting it big. Do you want to know what they are? Keep reading because they are about to be laid out for you so you can keep from making these same mistakes.
Reason number one as to why most people do not succeed with their blog is that their expectations for how fast the money will come in is very unrealistic and in turn they end up giving up before they ever gave their blog a chance so succeed.
The second problem that many bloggers end up having is that their blog traffic does not come in as fast and as huge as they expected. There is a lot of bad information floating around on the internet about how to generate free traffic to a blog, what's worse is that most of it will cost you money to learn.
You can overcome these two obstacles very easily so that you will not give up. If you stay with it then you will reap the rewards.
Overcoming the first problem is simple, don't expect to quit your day job next month and don't put in so much time that you get burned out. Most people spend every waking moment building their blog thinking that they will make so much money that they can go full time in a matter of weeks. That's not going to happen. 6 months is a realistic goal though.
Spend an hour or two per day building your blogging empire so you don't burn out.
The second obstacle is also easy to overcome. Find a marketer who has a proven traffic generating system who has given other people a successful system to follow.
Any marketer who knows what he is talking about is going to shoot you straight though and there will be work to do, if he tells you otherwise then run.
Many would be successful people give up and quit because they don't have a handle on these two dynamics. Do let yourself be one of those people. If you want to build a blogging empire then make a choice that you will not quit and find a traffic generation system that works.
There are a lot of traffic generation techniques that work but most don't. If you want the proven secrets that work then you can get them absolutely free for a limited time at:

Developing a Link Strategy For Outbound Links
Developing a Link Strategy For Outbound Links

Helping Boost Your Pages' SEO Score
Most people aren't aware that outbound links can have a major impact on how well their site ranks with Google.
Understanding how outbound links work with regards to Google PageRank is very important and a much under-used strategy for gaining search engine dominance. Using improper linking can cause what is known as unnecessary PageRank bleed, which results in links sending less PageRank to the pages you really want to send it to!
Sounds complicated? Let me explain this in simple terms.
We're going to use a hypothetical situation here, because no one outside of Google can be certain of exactly how Google uses Page Rank.
Let's say your page has 100 points of PageRank value (PR) to spread around. If you have ten links on your page, you can pass ten points of PR to each page you're linking to.
If you have 100 links on the page, you can only pass one point to each link! Remember, internal links also pass PageRank, so you don't want to bleed too much of your PR into your outbound links. You should conserve as much PR as possible to be passed on to your own internal pages, and to other sites you own.
Let's say you're citing a few resources as references in an article you're putting on your site. You might not want to pass any of your valuable PageRank to these sources, because this does nothing for you.
The only exception would be if you were linking to an authority site with a good PageRank, because it's theorized that linking out to quality sites also gives you credibility in the eyes of the search engines.
But if you're linking to sites that aren't of the highest quality, you can prevent the bleeding of PR to these pages by using the nofollow attribute on these outbound links. Using nofollow will cause most search engines to ignore that link as if it doesn't exist at all.
If you use a web site builder you will often find powerful nofollow features that allow you to set the nofollow on an individual link basis, on a navigation menu level, or on a global level.
You may be tempted to use the nofollow attribute on links that you send out to traffic trade partners, but this is deceptive. It's not considered good form to do this, because one of the main purposes of reciprocal linking is to gain backlinks.
If they're linking to you properly, and you're linking to them with the nofollow tag, then they're getting no real value from your link to them. If you're trading links with other sites and you intend to use the nofollow tag on these links, it's important to state this up front. Some sites won't want to exchange links if you do this, so keep that in mind.
Something else worth paying attention to is where links appear on your page. If you want to be sure to pass along as much PR as possible to a certain link, you should make sure that link is not in a long list of links with no other text between them. Search engines see long lists of nothing but links as being a bit spammy, so they tend to weigh these links with less importance. A link that is inside a paragraph of text is typically given more weight, because it looks like a more natural link. It looks like a news site citing a reference, or a writer linking to a particular resource.
By being careful with your outbound linking strategy, you can maximize the PageRank that's sent to the pages you really care about, while minimizing the bleed of PR to pages you don't. This is why it is so important to carefully plan your outbound links.

One of the toughest challenges of marketing is connecting the creative process to techniques that maximize the promotional results. Most smart, passionate small business owners know their businesses better than anyone, but they lack the specific knowledge to channel that energy into marketing success.
The Internet and Web 2.0 are bringing these savvy entrepreneurs all of the tools to execute a world-class marketing plan. Unfortunately, there is still that missing piece--knowledge.
Old school marketing firms and ad agencies are trapped in business models sustained by big retainers, long-term contracts, and little accountability. These are ingredients for a lot of unproductive dollars, in a tightening economy.
In contrast there are some emerging options, provided by more innovative marketing firms. Leveraging Internet tools, social marketing, and new mobile techniques these new marketing firms are specializing in strategy and expertise, leaving execution to their clients.
Here are a few hints to save you money and squeeze the most out of your marketing spend:
1. Find Experience
Look for firms with talent and proven experience. Survey their impact on the Internet. Ask associates for referrals and references. An effective Internet marketing firm should be easy to find.
2. Pay for Expertise, Not Execution
Chance are you are heavy on smart people, while light on marketing expertise and budget. So, find a marketing partner that will work with you to balance that mix. Look for specific how-to advice and guided strategy. Then do the heavy lifting yourself.
3. Look for A La Carte Services
Don't pay for the whole marketing department when you just need a few targeted services. Engage copywriting, press releases, or campaign strategy not a "communications strategy." You know what you want and who you want to target. Ask (and pay) for only what you need to get it done, and nothing more.
4. Discard Retainers for Pay-As-You-Go
Retainers are for multi-national, Fortune 50 companies. Pay only on performance, as you go. This more closely aligns a marketing partner with your goals and objectives, while minimizing your long-term risks.
5. Results are the Final Measure
Bottom-line sales and revenue producing results are the most important objectives of any business, but particularly a small or medium-sized business. For that reason alone, you may want to find a marketing firm that allows you to pay for expertise, while retaining implementation and measurement in-house. This assures that their services are credible and drives immediate value.
Find do-it-yourself marketing options for your next ad or marketing campaign. Hire expertise and retain execution and measurement. This puts you in the drivers seat for maximum bang for your marketing bucks.

We're going to share your best chance of people visiting your site and eventually buying from you. What do think the chances are that people that click off your site will return at all...let alone make a purchase? Not good at all.
This is true of all websites out there. The only semi-sure way to get people to come back to your site is to have their email address so that you can keep the lines of communications going and invite (coerce?) them to come back and visit, maybe even buy something.
"How can I get their email address", you ask? Easy, make them an offer they can't refuse—literally! This is what industry insiders call a compelling offer. Yes, you could just ASK for the email. If you provide an excellent service, and you have prospects that are also adoring fans, they may give you the email address with nothing in exchange expected. Good luck with that.
We non-guru powers have to give them something of value in exchange, of course. People like keeping their info private and they are uncomfortable with giving that personal info to others...especially if they don't yet know, like, nor trust you.
Before you can give them a compelling offer, you need to have something to capture their information with. You can call this a capture form. A capture form is 2 or 3 three lines (depending on whether you're confident enough to ask for their phone number). This form is obtained from an auto responder service that usually cost about $20 per month. There are free services out there, but they usually require that you purchase leads from them as a package deal.
HOLD IT! What the heck is this auto responder thing you keep talking about?
Well, we're getting to that. Basically, it's a premade set of email messages that you write and set up in advance to end up in your prospect's email box at certain intervals. I don't know if that definition will help the newbies out there. Just understand that's it can be an internet marketer's best friend. By the time I'm done explaining it, hopefully it will be clear. Be patient.
First you need a capture page:
A capture/landing page is a website usually with only 1 page designed specifically to convince someone that it's a good idea to put their email address, name, and even phone number into the slot in exchange for a compelling offer—a free report, eBook, video tutorial, etc. Something that's of value to the prospect.
Your landing page conversions will increase once you answer three of the most common questions asked by visitors who receive your invitation to visit their website.
(By the way, I have a favorite service for as many capture pages and different auto responders as you need. I'll provide the info in the author box below.)
Question #1 Am I at the correct place?
The info you give out on your communication (video, blog post, etc) piece needs to match what you sell on the landing page. Visually, this means that if you feature a photo of an iPod on your video you should feature that same photo on your landing page. If your compelling offer is for an interest rate of prime plus 1.8 percent, then your landing page needs to match that.
Question #2 Where is the one thing I'm looking for?
Your landing page is not so much a webpage as a response device. So if you have invited your article reader to download a funky new cell phone ringtone from your site, make that ringtone simple to find on your page and easy to download.
If you're offering a free white paper, show a picture of it and instructions on how to get it.
If you're offering a discount that visitors receive by entering a discount code found on your info communication, make the place where they enter that code on your landing page impossible to miss.
Question #3 Can I trust these people?
Trust is the deal breaker online (and offline). Buyers who decide they cannot trust you won't buy. So if your information wins their trust but your landing page loses it, you lose the sale - and the customer. Which means you must avoid the things that create suspicion, and employ the tactics that increase trust online.
Avoid landing page mistakes that arouse suspicion:
1. No office address
2. No phone number
3. Testimonials by people who only have initials
4. Extravagant claims
Use landing page elements that create trust:
1. Better Business Bureau logo and link to the online profile of the BBB member
2. eTrust logo
3. Name, address, phone number and email address of principals in the company
4. Toll-free customer service phone number
5. Endorsements from trusted third parties, such as The Wall Street Journal or Lloyds of London. Even a RAG is better than nothing...
Remember that your landing page is part-two of your direct sales pitch. You'll convert more visitors into buyers when you give them what they expect to find, make the process easy and quick, and avoid the tactics used by spammers and scammers.
Of course, you don't have to use a capture page if you already have a website of your own. You can just copy the code from your auto responder service for the capture form and embed it into your website code. But remember! A capture page is for those of you that have a replicated site that is used by a lot of other people in order to differentiate yourself from the others.

You may also check out best-selling ebooks so you can easily determine the elements that were used in writing them or work together with other expert ebook writers.
2.Keyword suggestion tools. It is extremely important that you know how to carefully choose your topics as your book sales will largely depend on it. Instead of guessing or relying on your intuition, it's much better if you can use a reliable keyword suggestion tool that can quickly offer you with the list of most popular keywords within your chosen niche. This will give you an idea on what information your potential clients are looking for when they go online.
3.Improve your writing skills. If you want to dominate this field, you must make sure that you have great writing skills. You must have the ability to get your message across using simple terms and perfect grammar. Polish your writing by taking advantage of related seminars and by practicing on a regular basis.
4.Titles. Your book titles can be your most powerful tools in initially capturing the attention online users. When people get enticed or excited on your titles, they are most likely to give your creations a second look. So, it is extremely important that you learn the ropes of writing effective, benefit-driven, attention-grabbing, and interesting titles as this can dramatically boost your sales and revenue.
5.Content. Online users will be happy to spend their money on ebooks that can offer them great information and great reading experience. Ensure that your creations are content-rich and highly informative. Also, make sure that they are well-written, very organized, and easy to understand.
Take action: Sometimes the best information that we can get is from our own experiences. Make sure the subject is something that you will enjoy working with. When you are doing something that you love you will be happier and your life will be more fulfilling and that is why we are all doing this in the first place.
Make sure that you believe in your product. Don't just make a product because you believe that it will make you money. You can't do it just for the money, you must do it for your happiness. I cannot stress enough how important it is to believe in your product. If you believe in your product, it will show when you sell it. If you don't, that will show too.

There is a lot of money to be made on the internet. Think about how much time you spend online each day, then multiply that by millions.
That's how many hours people across the world spend online each day, and each of those millions of people is looking for fresh content.
If you have your own website, you can be one of the people providing that content, and once you have a website that people visit, you will have a lot of advertisers knocking down your door in order to promote their products on your website.
Advertising revenue is the main source of income for lots of websites, so if you want to make some money with your site, you should integrate advertising from the very beginning.
Putting Up Ads
Of course, to say, "Advertise on your website" is a complicated piece of advice. How do you go about advertising? How does the payment system work? Well, if you design your website with the top programs, you won't have to worry about a lot of those specifics. And that's because they should come bundled with built-in advertising options, including implementation of Google AdWords, Amazon Product Advertising, and Oxado advertising.
Using these advertising options is a great way to earn income, and the best part is that the software code that makes up these advertisements will automatically display products and suggestions optimized to appeal to the viewers of your website.
A wise strategy for designing different pages for your website is to create a template file. This file will have all of the universal content that is featured on all of your pages.
For example, if you design a website that has a navigation bar on the left hand side, a banner across the top, and an advertisements column to the right-hand side (a very common design strategy), you can create a template file that has all of that built in.
When you need to ad a new page, just load up the template, insert the new content in the center display section, and presto, a new web page is created.
What makes the template system even more efficient is that you can insert your advertisements into the template file and then never have to worry about inserting them manually ever again.
Many webmasters start off doing it in their part time, so you want to make as much money for the least amount of time spent as possible. By using a template and advertising solution like this one, you'll be making money in no time.
Buyers expect E-commerce websites to have certain standards and features if they are to be trusted. Don't make the mistake of taking the cheap and nasty road to e-commerce failure - Xitepro will give your site the professional look it needs.

In an industry as well known as affiliate marketing you would think there would not be any more secrets. However based on the abysmal failure rate of 95%, it is obvious that many people still have not caught on to the proper way to build an affiliate marketing business.
In this article let's talk about the real secret of online affiliate marketing and break it down into steps you must take to have a successful business of your own.
The bottom line when it comes to affiliate marketing is you must get quality traffic to your own webpage. If you were to analyze the number one reason that people fail as an affiliate marketer you would see that they do not get enough meaningful traffic on a regular basis.
Many people who come online to do affiliate marketing do not have a budget to promote their affiliate sales page. Therefore they stumble around trying various free methods, but never become successful at any of them.
When it comes to getting quality traffic you must master one form of traffic generation and become an expert at it. This may very well take you hundreds of hours to learn the secrets of traffic generation.
However, only when you become an expert at getting traffic, and apply what you have learned will you ever began to make money with affiliate marketing.
It is important that the traffic you are getting be sent to a pre-sell page that you create yourself. This allows you to differentiate yourself from your competition and to warm up your customer in your own words.
So when you have developed a knack for getting quality traffic, it is also important where you send that traffic. By sending it to a pre-sell or review page first, you can write your content based on personal experiences in a way that the reader can relate to it.
At the bottom of this page, or somewhere on it, you should have a sign up form where you can get your visitors a name and email address and follow up with them in the future. This is known as list building and is another important step when it comes to making money with affiliate marketing on the internet.
In summary the real secret of online affiliate marketing is traffic generation, and converting some of that traffic into sales or subscribers to your list. If you put 100% of your effort into driving quality traffic to the right place you will make money.

Secrets to Increase Your Website Traffic with RSS Feeds
Secrets to Increase Your Website Traffic with RSS Feeds
Download Free Copy Of 7 Totally Free Ways To Get More Traffic!
Follow along and learn the simple secrets to increase website traffic with a few clicks of your mouse. RSS stands for "really simple syndication" and it serves as a tool to keep visitors updated to a websites changes without the person having to go back to the website.
Generating Your RSS Feed
If you have a wordpress blog (the most common blogging platform) then you already have an RSS feed built in to your blog. You can find your feed at yourdomain.com/feed
If you have another type of blog check the user guide of your blogging platform to find out where your RSS feed is located or how to generate one.
Unfortunately most internet marketers don't know the first thing about using their RSS feed to increase website traffic. There are some very simple steps that you can take to dynamically increase your traffic absolutely free with your RSS feed.
The first thing that you should consider doing is setting up a Feedburner account so that they can manage your feed. Feedburner is a free service that gives some basic traffic stats, keeps track of how many people have subscribed to your RSS feed and best of all makes it really easy for visitors to subscribe to your feed.
After you have setup Feedburner to manage your feed they will give you a URL for your feed. Take that URL and put it on every page of your blog so that anytime someone clicks on the link they will have the option to subscribe to your feed.
Two More Steps and You're Done
Once your feed is setup and the URL is on every page of your blog the only thing left to do is to submit your feed to some feed directories.
A feed directory is a site that lists several feeds from all over the web on one website. Feed directories can not only bring in tons of new visitors to your website but they also provide good backlinks to your website. Backlinks are needed for any website to rank well in the search engines.
There are two feed directories that stand head and shoulders above the rest in the online world. Often times just submitting links from these two directories can rocket your site to the top of the engines which will obviously help you to increase website traffic.
The first of these two is Feedage. Feedage requires you to setup a free account but once you do you can submit as many feeds to them as you want. It's very simple and only takes a few minutes to setup a free account and submit your feed.
The second directory is Feedagg and they don't even require you to setup an account. You simply click on the "add feed" link and input your information. It's really that easy.
That's all there is to making the most of your RSS feeds to bring in extra free website traffic to your website. Follow the simple steps laid out and watch your traffic numbers steadily increase.

Are you still struggling trying to make money with your online business?
Or are you just starting out and want to learn how to create a successful online business so you can quit your job and start doing the things that you've always wanted to do in life?
Well the way I see it is you have two paths you can take...
1) You can surf the internet and find all the free information you can find in hopes of building your successful business. This is possible because there are thousands of sites out there with great information waiting just for you, but be prepared to take the time needed to do this.
2) You can also take a short cut by doing some research and purchase some how-to products that contain the information you need. You have lots of choices and there are some great products out there. This will not take you anywhere near as long, and in the end, you will have proven methods that will allow you to get going quickly and to start bringing in the cash ASAP.
The choice is totally up to you, and if you have the time and not a lot of dough, then why not go the free information route? If you're lucky then you might stumble upon a specific technique and start to see immediate results.
On the other hand you might end up like a LOT of people do and end up suffering with free information overload, not know exactly which way to go and end up not being able to do nothing at all!
So, if you do decide to go the free route then just make sure you take time and be committed to take action. At the very least, if you try a five or ten different techniques and don't make any money then you took action and you will have learned from your experience. If you keep taking action then odds are someday you might figure out a way to make money online.
Taking the "buying a product" path can be much better, especially if you get your hands on a proven method that someone else has used to make money online in the past. But like I said before, you absolutely have take action. You won't make any money if you buy a how-to manual, read it once and then let it sit on your hard drive.
Remember, if you buy it... then USE it!
But maybe you're not too crazy about paying for this kind of information. Well if you are serious about making money on the Internet, then you should treat it like a serious business. If you are starting a new business offline, do you think you will need money to start it?
Of course you will. So just think of paying for information as a startup cost in the form of educating you on how to get your business making money the right way and as fast as possible.
If you like the idea of having your very own internet marketing business but just aren't 100% sure yet of what to do or which path to take just remember that you need to make sure you decide on a quality business, and to do so, you need the right information up front.
You need to know things like whether or not you can make money quickly and easily, or whether or not you are going to be able to get enough visitors to make money, or whether you will be able to create repeat buyers.
And remember to take the time you need and do your due diligance before making a decision.

5 Steps to a perfect review landing page
5 Steps to a perfect review landing page
Download Free Copy Of Landing Page Success Guide
Affiliate marketing is getting harder and harder, due to the low level of entry (anyone can become your new competitor overnight). So it's important to convert as many of your precious visitors into paying customers.
Whilst you may be tempted to link all of your ads and articles to an affiliate offer (if you're lucky and this gets overlooked), the truth is that almost all of us affiliates need to send our hard earned traffic to a webpage that pre-sells that visitor on a particular product.
The traditional way to do this was to create a page that sung the praises of a certain affiliated product, which kind of worked but not amazingly. Why? Because it soon became obvious to the wise consumers that your gamelan was to straight up and sell them something.
Now, nobody likes being sold to. But people love to make up their own mind about their buying decisions. So were introduced methods of "totally unbiased" pre-selling, one of the most powerful being the review page.
The reason a review page works so well is because it doesn't just hard sell you on a specific product but instead gives you a choice, based on actual reasons why or why not a product is worth the money/time/effort and whether or not it is any good.
So if you're thinking of making more money as an affiliate marketer online, then I suggest you not only incorporate review pages into your sales process, but make sure you do it right using the following blueprint:
Step 1. The Headline
The headline will draw people in and create excitement and desire to continue reading. The headline must include a clear benefit and address the reader as personally as possible. Always state what they will be gaining from reading on, based on the specific problem that they are experiencing.
Step 2. The Body
The entire body is elaborating on the headline and getting the reader involved. This might include telling a short story (only needs to be a paragraph here), in order to connect with the reader, and give a clear reason why you've bothered to do a review of these particular products.
Step 3. The products
Many people still do a review on one product and leave nothing to compare it against. I think this is a big mistake, because a comparison of similar products will help prevent the reader from leaving your page to compare the product you've reviewed with similar products elsewhere. In other words, why not get them to do their entire research on your page instead?
Step 4. Believability
If you make out as if the winning product is perfect in every sense, then you'll lose sales. Why? Because people will believe a balanced review over a blatant sales pitch any day of the week. Pick out a few minor bad points and contrast them with the good points so as not to kill the sale.
Step 5. Call to action
Once you've written your reviews of each product, make the winning product the most prominent on the page, at the top before the fold. This will prevent visitors clicking away and will be able to clearly see which product is worth looking into. Make all of your links stand out, even on the losing products and be sure to use phrases that ask the visitor to take action, such as "click here to get rid of x..".
If you apply these techniques to your review pages, you can expect to increase your conversions significantly. What you really need to consider is that more people are doing review type pre-selling every day, so in order for you to stand out; I would highly recommend you do a proper review and not just a "fake" review where you are talking out of your behind! So, you would do well to actually buy the products you are reviewing and make balanced points good AND bad and simply let the visitor make the decision, not you.
If you follow this advice, I can assure you that you'll always be ahead of the competition by giving your visitors valuable help in buying through affiliate links. Trust me, your visitors will actually appreciate this more than you'd think, and you're still going to be picking up the affiliate pay checks at the end of the month too.
We are facing an overload of products that teach us how to get rich with affiliate marketing...so it is crucial that you pick a product that not only works but is right for YOU personally... Don't buy any one of them before you have read my reviews at:

Product Launches - Creating The Perfect Sale
Product Launches - Creating The Perfect Sale

Download Free Copy Of The Greatest Marketing Secrets By Yanik Silver
We have all heard the expression "The Perfect Storm" and it refers to the situation where all weather elements come together at the same time to produce a perfect storm. But is there an equivalent of the perfect storm in the marketing world? A situation where all elements come together to produce "The Perfect Sale?"
For the moment, we will conveniently ignore the current world economic meltdown and look only at positive situations where this event may occur. Perhaps, the closest thing we have to the Perfect Sale is the online product launch. But unlike the natural phenomenon, this event is carefully planned and orchestrated by a whole army of web savvy marketers who know exactly what has to be done to create this Perfect Sale.
For this "sale" doesn't just happen, professional web marketers create their own system of events that lead up to this Perfect Sale, earning themselves enormous profits in the process. This is an orchestrated marketing effort that bring potential buyers onto their contact lists and into their marketing funnels; heading straight towards their Perfect Sale.
These online marketers use a whole array of marketing tactics to bring potential buyers to their sales page. One of the most effective methods is the JV or joint venture with other established marketers who have long lists of interested buyers, and for a percentage of the sales, the JV partner promotes your sales page or product. There are even JV brokers, Mike Merz and Kenneth McArthur come readily to mind, but there are many more JV brokers who can arrange or line up potential partners to help promote your product.
A certain date is set for the release of your product and all potential partners/affiliates promote to their lists and on their sites. A buying frenzy can be whipped up especially if the product is limited and only a certain number of sales will be accepted. Also a high quality free sampling or teaser is usually given away to build up massive contact lists of interested buyers, this freebie is used to pre-sell to these buyers. There may even be a countdown clock to further create excitement and urgency in the mind of the buyer.
On launch day, everything is synchronized. JV partners mail out to their massive contact lists, enticing all their subscribers with extra bonuses to buy the product now before it's gone. The sales letter page goes live and the sales pour in... creating "The Perfect Sale."
For the non-marketing reader, this may seem a bit far-fetched but in actual fact these product launches are occurring online every week - creating the "Perfect Sale" over and over again. And these launches have been around for many years, one of the most famous being John Reese's "Traffic Secrets" which was released in the summer of 2004 and earned over 1 million in revenue in one day.
There are even some savvy marketers who have perfected the product launch system into an art form, mainly Jeff Walker (Product Launch Formula) and Frank Kern (Mass Control) just to mention a few of the top marketers out there teaching and applying this marketing technique.
Key Elements Of A Product Launch
However, just like the Perfect Storm, in order to create this Perfect Sale many factors have to fall into place and come together. Some of these main elements are:
1. A high quality product which is in demand and desired by the potential buyers. It must solve a problem or meet a need within its niche market. Bit obvious but without this demand the product won't sell in any great numbers, no matter what tactics you use.
2. A perfectly written sales letter that converts. Your sales page must convert into actual sales of your product. Again, quite obvious but if your sales page does not convert, it's game over.
3. A whole motivated group of JV partners with enormous lists and bonuses to offer to potential buyers. Many product launches now offer special prizes (anywhere from a luxury sports car to the latest tech gadget) for those partners who can bring in the most sales.
4. A whole array of orchestrated, pre-launch tactics building up interest in your product with free high quality giveaways to get your buyer's attention and contact information. Even a newly created blog to keep everyone informed about your product launch is often used.
5. Most of the above tactics have to do with creating the potential buyer with the right mind-set for buying your product. Creating a limited number of products or setting a certain time-frame for selling, and offering special deals or bonuses will further create demand for your product.
Product Launch Day - The Perfect Sale
Product launch day is when all the above factors come into play creating the "Perfect Sale". Done properly such a sale can whip up such a buying frenzy that would put any great white to shame; earning all involved a healthy profit. It is one marketing tactic that's not likely to disappear any time soon, although the novelty of such an event is slowly wearing thin as countless marketers try to re-invent the wheel.
Regardless, as an online marketing tool, the product launch is still one of the most effective ways to quickly introduce your product, build your list and cement your reputation. Not to mention, you can also earn a hefty sum of money in a very short period of time; the "Perfect Sale" indeed.

Build a Name for Your Website with a Website Directory

You've built a brand new website for your business and you're really excited. However, you have to do something to get the word out and you're not sure what to do. You know that you can post flyers all over your town or simply tell your friends, but that's not going to do much for you. So what are you going to do?
Well, you're going to start with a website directory. The website directory is an effective way to combat the always changing algorithms of search engines and to really get an edge on the competition. Basically, you need to do all that you can to ensure that you are marketing your site correctly and a website directory is going to help you do that. You're going to be able to battle some of the hardships of Internet marketing is you use a directory to get the word out.
Using the directory
Another thing that is special about submitting your website to a website directory is that you get a free back link to your website. The back link is very important because the more links you have on the web, the better off your site is. This means it is going to be indexed by search engine spiders.
You see, search engine spiders follow these links to your site and then they index your site. The more links you have out there, the more your site is going to be indexed. This means that you'll show up higher in the search engine results when someone searches for what it is you are offering your customers and potential customers.
As for how the directory works, it is a place in which the websites are compiled into categories. They are also divided up into subcategories to make searching easier. Because these categories are divided up into subcategories, the search engine spiders recognize them. Needless to say, these directories are visited by search engine spiders more than many other sites. This is because of the quality of the back links. The back links are of a high quality at these sites, which is why you need to utilize a website directory.
Choosing the right website directory
Choosing the right website directory doesn't have to be difficult. There are some things that you have to look for in order to make that determination. Those things are:
To pay or not to pay - There are pay directories and there are free directories. Determine which is best for you. Free directories still provide you with that back link. It is true there will be a lot more sites posted there, but they are effective.
Check the page rank - Check the page rank of the website directory. That way, you know that it is a popular site. You can also check into sites to see how they are growing. If a site is growing, then that is a sign that it is a popular directory that is emerging. You definitely want to get in on that.
Look at both general and specific directories - You want to do this because both can be effective. You can post on a specific directory and post on a general directory. This will broaden the exposure that your site gets.
You don't have to be restricted to just one website directory. You can use all sorts of website directories. This is important in getting those high quality back links that will make your site successful. There is not a rule anywhere that says you're only allowed to post your website to a single website directory. If there were, then it would be impossible for a lot of sites to be successful on the Internet.
Submission options
You also have submission options. These options are manual, using submission software, and using a directory submission service. The directory submission service may use software or do it manually. However, there are article directories out there that will not accept submissions from software. They want to ensure that real people are doing the posting. Many of these directories have real people approving the submissions, so it is hard if they have to approve thousands of submissions submitted by these software programs. It happens, but it is a good idea to do it manually. If you don't have time to do it yourself, look into the directory submission service.
How to maximize the benefits
It isn't enough to simply post your website link up on a website directory. There are ways in which you can maximize the benefits. It will be worth your while to follow these tips so that you can make sure that you profit from your efforts:
If you're submitting to more than one website directory, you need to vary your description. Don't use the same description for every directory.
Make sure the text that accompanies your website link is really good stuff. That means you want it to draw people in. You want them to click on your link. Believe it or not, people browse website directories, especially if they're looking for a website that focuses on certain material.
Make as many submissions as possible to website directories. Make sure they are directories that you can track back easily. Make sure they are easy to manage as well. You don't want to go for directories that are hard to follow.
Make sure that you choose directories that will also allow you to submit the links to your inner pages. This allows for better indexing and will also allow more people to find you.
After this, you might as well give your website a pair of running shoes. This is because it is going to take off like wildfire. It is going to run like the wind. It is important that you be prepared, because the moment you start submitting your site is the moment that it enters the race of website popularity.

How to get Visitors to Stay a Little Longer at Your Website

As you work steadily towards getting your top home-based business on track, one aspect to be considered very carefully is how to persuade visitors to your site to stay a little longer - rather than glance, click and move on!
The first essential point to clarify is who your visitor is and what he/she is looking for. Remember that the internet is all about INFORMATION. Your visitor is looking for information about home business, and has been taken to your site by the search-engine as a result of the key-words that you have carefully selected and placed in your landing page.
There are numerous articles available which discuss key-word strategies, but having done the right thing, you need to persuade your visitor to look a little more closely at the information you provide and which will hopefully give him the answers he is looking for.
Understand that you've been careful enough to get him to your landing page, but how do you encourage him to read on a little further? The next item to consider as part of your strategy is that of the first impression created as your visitor clicks to open your site. You have achieved something very special by getting him this far, so don't waste the opportunity.
Try to have a good look at your landing page - through someone else's eyes. Is it visually appealing and does it look like a professional business site? Whatever happens don't overload the page with gimmicks and a heavy sales pitch. Your visitor hasn't arrived to buy anything! He's looking for information, remember. Ensure that the key information about the business opportunity you offer is clearly and concisely presented.
Long and involved stories from individuals who claim to have moved from poverty to riches in a flash, will not impress. You do need (genuine) testimonials, preferably verifiable, from those who have succeeded, but don't overdo this aspect.
The chances are that your visitor is someone just like you or me, and who is in the same sort of predicament that prompted you to start off on the long road to one of the top home-based businesses available on the 'net. Describe what you did to reach your decision. How did you decide on the particular business opportunity you selected from your search? Give an idea of your search criteria and discuss the steps you took to get where you are, right now.
Some visitors may be impressed by claims of instant riches, but they will be in the minority. Of greater value will be your personal story, even telling about some of your mistakes along the way. A human touch will show your reader that you are a real person, rather than the operator of a slick website aimed at separating your visitor from his cash as quickly as possible, only to leave him high and dry thereafter.
If we have convinced you to re-examine your site, from your visitor's perspective, then this article will have met its purpose. If you are proud of your site, and ready to promote it and stand by it, you're already halfway to success. Good luck!

Six figure blog marketing is more than likely not done with one single blog. It would take many many blogs to create a six figure income, and if you have the funds and the resources, it could be done. The first thing that you would need to do is find out the markets that are low in competition but are high in the search engine rankings. Doing so will give you a great idea of what you should be marketing in your blog and what you should stay away from. Finding a niche market that is barely touched in the world of internet marketing is the best thing to do. However, you then have to decide if the niche markets that you have discovered are ones that you are interested in. Some start out with things that they know and get great results, whether they are niche markets or not.
When the goal is six figure blog marketing, you are going to find out real fast that outsourcing some work to others is not a bad idea. Doing all of the work yourself is not something that is possible when you are wanting to make that amount of money. Just be sure that you hire those that you can trust and have a great reputation for getting work done on time and accurately. You will not want your workers to put you behind schedule.
While you are planning to outsource some of your work to others, you may want to decide and get an outline of just what is needed and the priority. Perhaps you need someone to set up your many blogs, or maybe you need someone else to write the content for the blogs. You can easily find experts on particular markets that you are wanting to blog about and pay them for the rights to their articles. Then post them as needed on your blog.
When you start looking to make a six figure income with your blogs, you are going to see that you will need to be sure that they are all updated in a timely manner. You are going to have to update them as often as possible, and maybe even hire help to be sure that everything goes smoothly with that as well.
Making a six figure income with blogs is the ideal work at home job. You make great money, and have great people working for you. Just be sure that you hire those that know what they are doing and are fluent in the language that you are marketing in as well. Someone that speaks and writes poor English will not help your income, but may hurt it if you have English based readers.

Blog marketing is something that all blog owners do. They market their blog so that they can get readers, and make a profit from their blogs. Marketing their blog means to get it out there so that others that are interested in it can find it and read it. It is also a great way to sell things by using affiliate links and programs. Blog marketing can very well become a home business if that is something that you are interested in.
Having a home business by blog marketing would definitely entail that you have more than one blog. If this is something that you are considering, you will want to make a list of markets that your blogs can cover. You will find that your blogs will do best when you only have one market per blog. For example, if you have a blog about cats, you will not want to include anything on the blog about kitchen appliances. This is because the readers that read your blog and visit your blog to learn more about cats and what you have to say about them will not be interested in learning anything about kitchen appliances. Once you have overcome the relevancy issue, you will be ok. You can however, have a blog about pets, and then blog about all of the many pets that you want to include.
In order to make a living by blog marketing, you need to know every aspect of it. You need to know what needs to be done to get readers to your blog, how to write about the things that you are promoting and how to get it up in search engine rankings. Doing so will lead to successful blog marketing and making a home business income with it.
One big aspect of blog marketing is SEO. SEO is search engine optimization and it consists of optimizing your blog so that the search engines will find it and rank it as high as possible. Which also leads to more traffic and leads from your blog. If you do not have time to learn SEO, and apply it to all of your blogs, hiring someone to do this for you might be something that you want to consider. Especially if time is an issue.
Outsourcing much of your work is something that you will need to get used to if you plan on making a substantial amount of money with your blogs. You may want to hire bloggers or writers that can write the content for your blogs, and someone else that can leave comments on other blogs with a link back to yours. Spread out all of the duties on a spread sheet and decide how often each thing needs to be done for each blog. Doing so will help you to be more organized and know what you need to do when, as well as prioritize. Using a spread sheet will also help you to keep track of who is doing what, and keep you from asking more than one person to get one job done.
Blog marketing for a home business is not much different from any other home business. You are going to get out of it what you put into it. If you only put in a couple of hours a week into your blogs, you can not expect to make a full time income with them. However, being consistent and working on your blogs every chance that you get will pay off in the long run. You will also discover that there is no better feeling in the world than owning your own home business, and working for yourself.
Just remember to start small, and work hard. That is all you need to become successful at blog marketing and make the income that you are dreaming of. All of your hard work will pay off if you are persistent and keep it up.

Two Key Insider Affiliate Marketing Tips
Two Key Insider Affiliate Marketing Tips
Download Free Copy Of The Expert Guide To Affiliate Marketing
When it comes to promoting your affiliate marketing products you have two choices. You can either send visitors to your affiliate sales page, or you can create separate pages to promote from. Here are two affiliate marketing tips that address this specific dilemma.
You certainly can send traffic directly to your affiliate sales page. If you get enough traffic you are eventually going to make some sales. However, by adopting such a strategy you are not giving yourself the best chance to maximize your earnings.
1. A better strategy would be to send your prospects to a separate webpage that you create for each and every affiliate product that you sell. Even if you have a portal website that combines multiple affiliate products into a single site, you should still create separate pages for each product that you sell.
The reason why you should do this is that it keeps the visitor's focus concentrated on a single item and allows you to discuss the pros and cons of the product personally and establish a rapport with the visitor through your sales copy. You can speak to the visitor as one product user, or customer, to another.
Your visitors will appreciate an honest opinion from the owner of the website that they're visiting and be more likely to trust you as a seller. The more they trust you the more likely they are to purchase from you and become regular customers. For this reason, creating separate pages for each product is an excellent strategy for making more sales.
One way to create the sales copy you need to sustain a single-product page is to sit down and write a product review. Don't try to sell the product, just talk about it as if you were talking one-to-one in a friendly informal setting. You can do this within the form and structure of an article by including an introduction, four or five paragraphs for the main body, and a closing paragraph. Your goal is to attract the visitor's attention and then create an interest that motivates the reader to click on the affiliate link that you put at the bottom of your web page.
2. Another inside tip that you ought to be aware of is that you should use an auto-responders to help you boost your sales. An auto-responder is an online service that provides you with an automatic way of sending email. Using an auto-responder is an excellent way to improve your affiliate marketing results.
The best way to use an autoresponder is to create a landing page with a sign-up form. Your landing page should pique the interest of your visitors enough to cause them to agree to give you their contact information.
To do this, you will usually provide some kind of information product free of charge. It should be something compelling and attractive to the niche market you are pitching to, something that will make them want to sign up for your list. The sign up form will include a name field and an e-mail field. When the visitor enters his or her details into the form and clicks the button, the details are recorded in the auto-responder and the prospect is added to your mailing list.
Your autoresponder is designed to follow up with your prospect and give them more useful information. It is also designed to keep your affiliate product in front of them until they are ready to buy. It does those things by automatically mailing out your preloaded newsletters to the prospects as they are added to the list. So auto-responders are a great way of automating many of the repetitive processes that were once a part of traditional mailing campaigns.
So to conclude, by building single-product review pages and using an auto-responder with a landing page, you will be adopting two proven and effective affiliate marketing techniques and giving yourself a much greater chance of affiliate marketing success.

As an affiliate marketer you have access to millions of products you can sell and make money on. One of the most profitable ways to make money selling products on the Internet is to sell affiliate ebooks. Here is why I say that!
The number one reason people use the Internet every day is to send email. The number two reason they use the Internet every day is to research information. This presents an opportunity for savvy affiliate marketers to capitalize on this need for information by selling it to them.
As opposed to making a purchase from a bookstore to get information, many people will purchase ebooks because they can download the books online. Then they can be reading them in just a couple of minutes from the time they make their actual purchase.
This helps affiliate marketers earn commissions quicker because conversion rates are high on sales pages that contain ebooks. Instant access is a very powerful motivating factor when it comes to making a purchase online.
You do not even need to personally write ebooks to make money selling them either. For example, Clickbank.com is the world's largest digital information provider. They have thousands of ebooks in multiple categories that a person can purchase online.
They also have a very easy affiliate program to join where you can create your own ID number and then be eligible to sell every ebook in their library. This means in a couple of minutes you can join their affiliate program for free, and be selling products as a Clickbank affiliate.
Many people choose to just do this and sell nothing but ebooks through Clickbank as an affiliate. There are people earning six and seven figure incomes selling these types of books.
Another way to make money selling e books is to write the book yourself and become an Clickbank publisher. You then pay a commission to affiliates to sell your books for you, and you keep the additional revenue for your own.
This lets you duplicate your efforts by having thousands of affiliates who can sell for you. Even if you were to pay as high as a 75% commission rate, you are still keeping 25% for yourself, which can add up to thousands of dollars every month just on the sales of one book.
This are several reasons why selling an affiliate ebook is a great way to make money. Regardless of how you choose to do it, you can make a tremendous amount of money selling information products in the form of ebooks.

EBay Selling Account Set Up
EBay Selling Account Set Up
FREE eBay Training Videos
If you are ready to start your own home business with eBay, you can get a selling account going in just a few minutes. To get started, all you need is a bank account or credit card, a computer, and an internet connection. Visit eBay's website, and sign up for an account. Choose a username that you feel best describes your new business, or use your new business's name. Try to make it as simple as possible, however, so that your potential bidders will be able to easily find you.
When you have chosen a username and confirmed your e-mail address, you will need to visit the selling section on eBay. You can do so by clicking on the selling section on the top right-hand corner of eBay's home page. Once there, you will be asked for your name, address, and bank account or credit card information. You will also be asked for your PayPal address, if you have one. When this information is all entered, you can start selling immediately.
However, you may want to do a few other things before you get started with selling. Sellers have a lot of ways to customize their appearance on eBay, starting with their about me page. Your about me page is a place where you can offer your visitors more information about you, your eBay home business, and your business policies. You can talk about your children and family, your interests, or just outline information like whether or not you accept returns, and what you do to keep your customers happy. Giving your buyers a window into your home life can often build a stronger connection between you and your customers, which can earn you more business, and more repeat customers.
You can also customize your auctions to match your about me page, or to just stand out from the other auctions. Using basic HTML, you can change your auction's background color, font style and size, and font colors. Or, if you really want to get into customizing your auctions, you can use an auction template made specifically for eBay. Many sellers offer easy to use templates right on eBay for you to purchase, but if your budget is tight, you can look for some free eBay auction templates on the internet. Quite a few websites offer free templates and free help with auction templates, so you can spruce up your listings without spending any extra money.
Once you have customized some of the available features that eBay offers its sellers, you can get started selling whenever you want. List a few items with your auction templates and see how it goes. Make sure to include a link to your about me page so your bidders can read more about your, your home business, and your customer service policies. Then, you can sit back and start enjoying the fruit of your labors. In no time, you will have built a success home business using eBay!
