10 Secrets To Automated Profits Using Google Adsense

Marketing on the internet stepped into warp drive when Google, the 800 pound guerilla of the world wide web, launched the Google Adsense program in 2003.
What Google offered to do was share its billions of advertising dollars with anyone who wanted to partner with them.
Web publishers, website owners and bloggers, who agreed to display their postage sized ads on their own web property could now step into the wide wake of the Google advertising cash stream. Once visitors clicked on the links in these ads, it turned clicks into cash for both publishers and Google.
In essence, the Google Adsense program translated into a spawn of money making machines for netpreneurs.
However, this was no act of philanthropy. It was a win-win business deal. While website owners tapped into millions, Google itself earned billions; for example, it earned about $2.7 billion in 2007.
Here, then, are 10 tips on how to get set up and why at least one of your online income models should include a Google Adsense website.
1. It is free to sign up and it is easy to set into motion. After you have signed up with Google, you will be given some code with your unique Google Adsense partner identification number. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to paste this onto your website. The HTML code will then translate into ads that coordinate with the contents of your web-page.
2. Your job is to now provide great content on your website. That is all you do. When visitors come to read or listen or view your content, they will also be attracted to the little ads that relate to your content. You do not have to pitch the ads; and, in fact, Google actively discourages you from saying anything about them. The ads speak for themselves. You do not have to push them. They form a natural extension to the contents of your page.
3. The reason you want to offer great content is because you want people to stick around your pages long enough to notice the ads. If your content is poorly presented, visitors will simply click off the page, and you can forget about return visitors or anyone recommending your information.
4. The size, authority, or technical sophistication of your website does not matter. In this sense, Google is an equal opportunity employer.
5. This is your basic plan: create a content-rich website in your niche, sign up for Google Adsense, paste their code around your content, and continue to update your content on a regular basis so that returning visitors can find more interesting information and the search engine robots recognize that your site is alive, well, and robust.
6. Google is the recognized authority for all things related to search engines, with Yahoo second. Because it is such a giant, people click on Google ads all the time, as a matter of course, some out of curiosity, others out of a genuine desire to buy something. From your point of view, your visitor's intentions do not matter. You will get paid once they click.
7. As a beginner, you can keep things simple. You do not need to figure out what works and what does not work to make money online. Nor do you need to find advertisers yourself. All you have to do is offer content and display the ads that automatically show up once you paste your snippet of code. Thus, you do not have to hassle over the best ways to monetize traffic. The ads do that for you.
8. Google is always progressive. They are constantly refining their technology. As a partner, you will benefit from their research and technological advances.
9. Using free traffic generating techniques like article marketing, free classified ads, forum postings, and so on, you can drive a constant stream of people to look over your content.
10. It is advisable to also learn how to make your website search engine friendly. Learn all you can about how to optimize your website to improve your search engine position and page ranking.
Marketing on the internet got a lot easier with the introduction of Google Adsense. With a few simple steps, you can get started and enjoy your share of revenue from this massive income pie.

Increase Your Adsense Cash

Adsense is really making a huge impact on the affiliate marketing industry nowadays. Because of this, weak affiliate merchants have the tendency to die faster than ever and ad networks will be going to lose their customers quickly. If you are in a losing rather than winning in the affiliate program you are currently into, maybe it is about time to consider going into the Adsense marketing and start earning some real cash.
Google is readily providing well written and highly relevant ads that are closely chosen to match the content on your pages. You do not have to look for them yourselves as the search engine will be the doing the searching for you from other people's source.
You do not have to spend time in choosing different kind of ads for different pages. And no codes to mess around for different affiliate programs.
You will be able to concentrate on providing good and quality content, as the search engines will be the ones finding the best ads in which to put your pages on.
You are still allowed to add Adsense ads even if you already have affiliate links on your site. It is prohibited, however, to imitate the look and feel of the Google ads for your affiliate links.
You can filter up to 200 URLs. That gives you a chance to block ads for the sites that do not meet your guidelines. You can also block competitors. Though it is unavoidable that Adsense may be competing for some space on web sites that all other revenues are sharing.
Owners of small sites are allowed to plug a bit of a code into their sites and instantly have relevant text ads that appeal to your visitors appear instantly into your pages. If you own many sites, you only need to apply once. It makes up for having to apply to many affiliate programs.
The only way to know how much you are already earning is to try and see. If you want out, all you have to do is remove the code from your site.
The payment rates can vary extremely. The payment you will be receiving per click depends on how much advertisers are paying per click to advertise with the use of the AdWords. Advertisers can pay as little as 5 cents and as high as $10-12, sometimes even more than that too. You are earning a share of that money generated.
If your results remain stagnant, it can help if you try and build simple and uncluttered pages so that the ads can catch the visitor's eyes more. It sometimes pay to differ from the usual things that people are doing already. It is also a refreshing sight for your visitor once they see something different for a change.
Publishers also have the option of choosing to have their ads displayed only on a certain site or sites. It is also allowed to have them displayed on a large network of sites. The choice would be depending on what you think will work best for your advantage.
To get an idea if some Adsense ads you see on the search engines has your pages, try to find web pages that have similar material to the content you are planning to create and look up their Adsense ads.
It is important to note that you cannot choose certain topics only. If you do this, search engines will not place Adsense ads on your site and you will be missing out a great opportunity in making hundreds and even thousands of dollars cash.
It is still wise to look at other people's information and format your Adsense there. Just think about it as doing yourself a favor by not having to work too hard to know what content to have.
Topic to be avoided includes gambling, firearms, ammunition, tobacco or drugs. If you are being offered more cash in exchange of doing Adsense with these kinds, it is just like signing your own termination paper.
With all the information that people need in your hands already, all you have to do is turn them as your profits. It all boils down to a gain and gain situation both for the content site owners and the webmasters or publishers.
Make other people's matter your own and starting earning some extra cash.
To Your Success,

Amongst all the tricks and secrets you may have heard from various gurus, one of the main areas for better traffic when optimizing your site for Adsense is a clear and well defined foundation of search engine optimization.
The trend at the moment is working with social networking and social bookmarking sites, putting backlinks upon them and getting traffic. The backlinks help bolster your page rank and increase the search engines sense of 'authority' your web pages have. It is this return visit the search engine crawlers make when following the links that are important.
If your web page isn't sensibly optimized for the keyword phrase, the backlink isn't going to be worth much. However if the crawler meets your web page with a sense of well organized quality, your website's backlink is worth considerably more.
Let's assume for one moment that you've put an 'anchor text' for "property in Kensington" upon one of your blogs on a social network. This blog's backlink points back to a page that has a page extension called "property in London" and both the meta tag title and headings tags refer to "apartments in London". Apart from a human visitor being confused, the search engine crawler can't find the words "property in Kensington" and therefore stops crawling and leaves your site. Google being the biggest search engine, may not even show that backlink because of irrelevance.
One backlink to a quality website has more value than 20 backlinks to a poorly optimized site. 18 months ago the story was different, webmasters were able to trick the search engines with a 1,000 backlinks obtained with various 'black hat' methods, and also get ranked higher than a quality site. Crazy growth in websites and backlinks throw up a question mark to the search engines, and more recently have been getting human visits from the search engines to determine what is going on.
If you build your Adsense website correctly from the outset, you will receive dividends in the long term.
Building your Adsense website is a long term strategy and creating a good SEO foundation is imperative. I hope that the one tip above has made you consider tweaking your website for better optimization.
Adsense can be a good money earner if you approach it right, as a business, and not as a temporary flirtation with online income. My own main tip is not to do too much too soon.

AdSense: Do Not Make This Huge Mistake
AdSense: Do Not Make This Huge Mistake
Download Free Copy Of 30 Day Blueprint For Success
One HUGE mistake you can make with your AdSense website is allowing the search engines to see it before it has much content. Too often beginners will jump the gun in this area and begin submitting the site to directories before it is nearly ready.
You must insure that the search engines have a great "first impression" of the site. Make sure it is complete, or nearly so, before inviting them to have a look. Broken links and pages with little content will force them to consider a site unworthy of ranking well. Your desire is for them to be impressed with what they see with their first visit. Oftentimes, if that first visit is not impressive, the search engine will almost quite literally put the site on the back shelf for a while. It may be sometime before the search engine even returns for a second look. Do not let that happen to your site!
Showing a new site to the search engines which has clean code, an easy-to-follow linking structure, and LOADS of great, original content offers the best chance of having the site rank well. Of course there are no guarantees. However, there is no reason to sabotage any chance the site has by promoting it too soon.
While I am on that topic, submitting a new site to a dozen or so good directories is mandatory. As you probably already know, submitting directly to the search engines does no good. It is imperative the engines find the site's link on other sites...the more the better so long as the linking sites are of high quality.
There are services which will submit new sites to good directories for a fee. Otherwise, simply find directories by doing searches on your own in Google. If the home page of the directory has page rank at all, then that directory has some respect by Google and would be good to submit to. Be aware that although the home page there may have page rank, the page your link appears on after submission may have no page rank; that is fine if that is the case. It is common for internal pages to lack page rank for a while when they are part of a very large site.
Buying links on private websites is not suggested for this process. Most sites which sell links include a no follow tag on the link. This tag basically tells the search engines that the sending page is not vouching in anyway for the link. This type of link does your site no good. Additionally, NEVER participate in those offers which promise to generate hundreds or even thousands of incoming links to your site. This is considered spamming by the search engines. You do not want your site associated with such things.
Gaining attention and relevance in the past often involved what is called reciprocal linking. Now days, search engines are wise to this and understand that sites were swapping links with each other regardless of any benefit each of the sites' visitors received from the link. Basically, the search engines realized that the reciprocal linking strategies were simply a way to "game the system" to obtain better rankings. Little can be gained now days by trading links with other sites.
A new site needs some quality, one-way links in order to build credibility. Since many of the better directories are human moderated, they never allow spam type sites in their listings. Since the search engines have been trained to expect that only good quality sites are linked to by those directories, being included in that list gives your site some instant creditability.
Most directories do not charge for inclusion. However, some with higher page ranks do. It is fine to pay for this type of inclusion as it involves human moderation and will insure an inclusion in a good directory.
In closing, follow the steps involved in creating a quality site which includes plenty of content and then spend the time required to gather as many incoming links from directories as possible. Once your site is ranking well in the search engines, other sites will find it and some will naturally link to it as well.

AdSense Sites: Correct This Basic Mistake
AdSense Sites: Correct This Basic Mistake
Download Free Copy Of An Obvious Truth By Armand Morin
Far too many marketers of AdSense sites fail in one very fundamental aspect of marketing. They fail to think about or even consider "time on site". When you install Google Analytics on your site (which I hope you have done already), you can see how much time visitors spend viewing your pages.
Of course when Google sends someone to your site via their search results, they know this information as well. Simply put, if most visitors only spend a few seconds on your page, Google assumes the page is not worthy of ranking well.
Poor time-on-page is a "double whammy". Not only does it hurt with respect to search engine rankings, it kills AdSense income as well. You NEED people to spend time enough on your site to click an ad...or two!
Too many marketers are so preoccupied with optimization and link building that they forget it is HUMANS who they are counting on to click their ads. The site's pages must offer enough interest to keep visitors engaged on the site for as long as possible. The longer the visitors are on the site, the more likely they will click an ad. Additionally, sites that keep visitors for longer periods of time are more likely to also generate returning visitors! Imagine the page views possible if a new visitor could also be counted on to return two, three, or more times!
Too often, the first thing clicked by a new visitor is the back button. All the great SEO done was just wasted. When the human visitor arrives, your page has 2 or 3 seconds (at most) to convince them to hang around for a while. Targeting the traffic well is the obvious method to insure they stay for a while. Providing visitors with exactly what they are looking for is a sure way to skyrocket time on the site.
Also remember, the page needs to look half-way OK. No, it does not have to be drop dead snazzy looking. Just a simple and clean look will be fine. Do not run off visitors by using moving gifs and bright colors! Keep it simple! I see too many beginners spending effort trying to show off new-found web design skills which have no place on simple AdSense pages. Flash and Fancy scripts simply clash too much with the basic fundamentals of what makes an AdSense site work.
A perfect example of a site with very high time-on-page is Steve Pavlina's website. Steve uses tons of great content to keep visitors engaged. He has stated he earns over 30,000 dollars a month with Adsense. Virtually all of his visitors initially came from the search engines and word-of-mouth. His high time-on-page has proved to be a gold mine in all respects. One of the fundamental truths of Internet marketing success is providing value to the world.
Other methods used to increase time-on-page are placing targeted photos on the site. In fact, I have one site which gets traffic almost exclusively from Google image searches. That site is about a very niche area which is conducive for having great pictures which I have optimized the alt tags for. Other ways involve using bullets and attention-grabbing headlines to keep attention. Additionally, having well placed links on the page using targeted keywords to your other pages is a great way to keep visitors clicking within your site.
Take a long and honest look at your own sites. What can you do to improve the amount of time visitors will stay? Ask your spouse or a friend to visit your page as you watch. See where they click and where they don't click. Plus, don't forget that Google analytics has a feature which shows screen shots with the percentages of where visitors are clicking. With that information you can adjust your page design and take advantage of what is working well and get rid of the parts which are not working.
Imagine if your time-on-site is now 20 seconds. What if you could double that to 40 seconds? There is a very good chance your AdSense income would make dramatic increases as well! And don't forget, if you can increase the time spent by visitors on your site, the search engines will think your site is more relevant. In turn, you will find your site ranking better and better!

Google Adsense Makes For a Great Online Business Opportunity
Google Adsense Makes For a Great Online Business Opportunity

Download Free Copy Of Adsense Guide
It seems that Google Adsense has already dominated the online business opportunity market and is now considered the easiest way to making money online with your work at home business.
The key to success with Google Adsense is the placing of ads on pages that are receiving high traffic for high demand keywords. The higher the cost-per-click to the advertiser, the more you will receive per click from your site. So, it does not pay to target low cost-per-click keywords and insert them on pages that do not receive hits.
With all the people getting online and clicking away everyday, it is no wonder why Google Adsense has become an instant hit with the work at home marketer.
For the new people to this market, it would be a blow to their pride knowing that their homepage is buried somewhere in the little ads promoting other people's services. But then, when they get the idea that they are actually earning more money that way, they will feel relieved.
There are two major factors that some successful webmaster are learning to blend together in order to make money easier using Adsense.
1. Targeting high traffic pages on your website. If you check on your logs, you will discover that many of your visitors are taking advantage of the free affiliate marketing resources and ebooks that you are offering on your site. In simple words, your ads are working effectively and are generating more clicks which means more money for you.
2. Placing Adsense links on pages that are producing little, or better yet, no profit. By placing Adsense on a free resources page, you will reduce the amount of potential customers being lost to other sites.
When learned to work effectively, these two factors are actually a good source of producing a minimal amount of revenue from a high traffic page. Many people are using this strategy to pick up some extra and cash with Adsense. This is also especially rewarding to informational sites that focus their efforts on delivering powerful affiliate link free content to their visitors. Now they can gain a monetary return on their services.
The one money-making feature that is available with Adsense now is the ability to filter out up to 200 urls. These gives webmasters the option to block out low value offers from their pages as well as competitors to their websites.
With Google Adsense, the possibilities are limitless. Yet there is also the possibility of someone taking advantage of the easy money process. If you think about it, these negative factors may force Google to break down and thrash Adsense in the process. If that happens, people would have to go back to the old ways of online internet marketing that does not make money online as easy as Adsense.
For now, however, Google Adsense is here to stay. As long as there are people wanting to earn some easy cash with their online business opportunity, the future looks good. Besides with all the strict guidelines that Google is enforcing over Adsense, it will take awhile for the Adsense privileges to be terminated.

Interview with Michael Cheney from AdSense-Videos
Interview with Michael Cheney from AdSense-Videos
Q. So what made you get started with AdSense?
A. I was looking for a way to monetize some of my websites. AdSense is such an easy thing to get started with the eye for it would be a great way to start earning more money without actually putting into much more effort. I think as soon as you see the first earnings coming into your account you get addicted to AdSense. I know is what happened to me and since then I've just spent time working out how to earn more and more each day.
Q. How much do you make with AdSense?
A. Some days I can earn close to $1000 and others it's less than that. But it all comes down to how much time and effort you devote to creating a quality site that people like visiting. AdSense is not what my business is based on by any means - but it is a great way to earn revenue almost on autopilot.
Q. What is the biggest mistake people making with AdSense?
A. Probably the biggest mistake people make is thinking the AdSense earnings are easy to achieve. It is very easy to get started but as I learned it takes a lot of effort to increase your earnings. I got really downhearted whenever I would log in to my account to see that I had only made a few dollars. And that's when I decided to spend
months and months of my time learning everything I could about AdSense.
I basically buried myself away and devoured every single piece of AdSense information I could find. I ran thousands of AdSense tests and started to see a dramatic effect on my click through ratio and therefore on my earnings.
This is why I'd decided to record the videos - because I knew that it would help people who were in my position to also increase their earnings. I've read an absolute ton of AdSense e-book's but they take so long to go through and always seem to keep information back.
With AdSense Videos I knew that I had to tell the story exactly as it is and actually show people and lead them by the hand through the exact techniques that I use to generate large earnings from AdSense.
Q. In your videos you show people how to increase their AdSense earnings - can you give us a taster of this advice?
A. I don't want to give away my biggest secrets as you can understand! But some of the more basic things that you can do to increase your revenues include using ads that blend in rather than stand out from your content. Flat out the worst thing you can do with an AdSense ad is make it look like the standard Google ad. What you need to realise is that you will get more clicks if your ad actually appears part of your site rather than something that's just been dropped into the page.
Q. What would you recommend that someone do right now to increase their AdSense earnings?
A. I've created a totally free AdSense minicourse that people can go through to learn some of my techniques. It takes you through the four cornerstone principles that I've used to build up my AdSense empire. You can check it out, as well as all the AdSense Videos, here: Adsense Videos

The Business of AdSense
The Business of AdSense
By Paul Majestyck
Even though AdSense is a very popular income source for many online marketers, few will make enough money from it to make AdSense their primary business. If you are currently trying to increase your AdSense earnings there are some tried and tested rules that will help you achieve more clicks and make more money.
As an online marketer, you realize that you must be consistent and persistent to achieve the goals that you set for yourself. The AdSense business is no different. Yet the people who make the most money with AdSense are the ones who work at it smarter rather than doing the same things over and over that do not produce good results.
In fact, it is a popular myth among online marketers that you must only develop and promote websites that pertain to high paying keywords. As a rule the marketers that make the most money from AdSense are the ones who consistently keep building websites around medium priced keywords within a theme. Then as they go along, they build websites that are related to that common theme.
For example, you might build your websites under the theme of 'computers'. The mistake some people make is to develop one site devoted to only computers. It is advantageous to the marketer to make many websites related to computers such as laptops, computer hard drives, computer keyboards, etc. It is the concept of more is better that will make you the most money.
As you start building your AdSense publishing business, here are some major rules to consider that will maximize your profits:
1. Track your successes and failures.
2. Use the latest tools and software available.
3. Keep your AdSense sites easy to navigate. Do not promote anything else on these websites.
4. Treat your AdSense business as a real business.
The marketers that make the most money with AdSense are the ones who treat it as a business and consistently continue to produce high quality websites around themes or 'niches' daily.
If you are just starting out, you have to realize that there is a lot of work involved to set up your websites, do the seo optimization, track your results and then repeat the process.
You can use the latest tools and software to automate the keyword selection process, create good websites and do most of the tedious seo optimization for your AdSense websites. In this regard investing some money in the right software will turn more profit in the long run because you will be able to make more sites faster. The name of the game in the world of AdSense is to make highly profitable websites and keep making more of them all the time.
A large AdSense income does not happen overnight. The best way to make the most money with your AdSense business is to follow the rules outlined here and constantly build more websites. Like planting seeds in a garden, you will reap AdSense income according to what you sow.

AdSense And The Marketer
AdSense And The Marketer
By Paul Majestyck
There is Cheech and Chong, Beauty and the Beast, and then there is AdSense and the marketer. In some ways it is a marriage of convenience, while in other cases it is a mutually beneficial relationship that makes a level of exposure possible that few had considered achievable.
In simplest terms, AdSense is Google's brainchild and is a program destined to remain in place. Website owners turn into marketers by placing the AdSense code onto their sites, and Google will populate the allotted fields with ads targeting the webmaster's niche by being relevant to the site's content.
Webmasters sign up for the AdSense banners and then receive a bit of code which is quickly and simply incorporated into the site. As visitors come to the marketer's site, the meter ticks and each and every time an ad is displayed or a link is clicked, there is a credit put toward the marketer's account. Webmasters may earn per click rewards but also impression based revenue which is usually calculated on a per-thousand ad display.
Remember that as a webmaster you still have a lot of power in regards to the way the ads are displayed. For example, you may choose the colors, and even the drop down menu option! This permits for seamless integration in your site as well as a congruent display of information that is a far cry from the flashy banner ad of yesteryear that has added little content and instead detracted a lot of class from a number of otherwise well designed websites.
It is noteworthy that even those who in the strictest sense of the word are not webmasters have found a way to cash in with AdSense. In some cases there is the opportunity to use the program for revenue generation on a social networking site, blog, forum, or even within articles! While this might not be the vehicle to riches and independent wealth, it is a means to generate a little income via an under served medium.
Conversely, if you are a marketer who is seeking to advertise a product or service via AdSense, the program enables you to fund an account that determines how much click through and per-thousand impression advertising you are willing to pay for and once the funds are exhausted you may choose to continue the contract or you may opt out and search for other marketing opportunities.
A word of warning to the webmaster using the AdSense program: it is not foolproof! Even though by and large the ads displayed on your website will be relevant to the content of your site it is not a guarantee that once in a while an ad that is objectionable to your visitors will slip in. Visit your site frequently to monitor the ads and if you receive emails complaining about any ads displayed, take them seriously! Fortunately, with a simple communication to AdSense, this may be fixed and your website as well as its message will once again be harmonized with the ads.

AdSense and the Marketer

Wondering why your website is not churning bundles of dollars in spite of signing up for Adsense program? Well, not one, but many factors influence the arrival of dollars into your account.
Web Traffic
A site flooded with traffic is bound to earn more dollars than that with a few visitors. There might be exceptional cases, but mostly this is how it happens. Moreover, don’t always blame your web content for not attracting enough traffic. Sometimes, a redundant number of ads on your web page may be the culprit. They decrease the value that clicks on each ad create. So, remember, go easy on ads.
Advertising Budget And Google’s Pricing Policy
Well, you can’t do much about these. Google’s pricing affects the amount of money you get for the ads. Besides, your income depends on the amount of money the advertisers are ready to pay for placing their ads on your website.
Niche Market
Think of a website that revolves around “eating habits of Polar Bear”. Now, think of a website that revolves around “starting home based business”. Which one would have more advertisers? Obviously, the second website!
This means that advertisers placing ad on the first website will have to shell out fewer dollars than those advertising on the latter. This indicates that in a highly competitive market, advertisers are willing to pay generously. And the more they pay, the higher you get as percentage.
That’s the reason why some websites generate $30,000 per month through Adsense while some can hardly manage to even get $500!....read more
