Do You Have An Internet Marketing Aptitude
Download Free Copy Of Start Your Own Online Business
Do you have the aptitude for Internet marketing? In my opinion some people will never ever understand how to utilize the Internet to make money because it is beyond them.
Now having said that everyone is smart enough to outsource many of the functions of an Internet marketing business. If you cannot figure out how to market a business on the Internet hire someone to do it!
If you don't know how to build a website then pay somebody. I can immediately hear people say "I don't have any money to do that"!
Then in reality you should probably go out and get a part time job and then reinvest that money back into outsourcing things for your business. Certainly everyone reading this article right now can go get a part-time job at a Wal-Mart or somewhere.
If you were to work 25 hours a week on a part-time basis at six dollars an hour you would have over $600 a month to invest back into your Internet business. Even if you don't know what business you want to be in you could start an affiliate marketing business and have everything provided for you.
You wouldn't need to create any banners, most of the marketing and support materials would be given to you, the product is already developed, and you could just send traffic directly to your affiliate website.
In my opinion you are better off to hire someone to create a review page, and a landing page to build a mailing list, and hire a writer to write a series of autoresponder messages. Then pay somebody to market your business.
If you are making $600 a month on a part-time basis that is more than enough money to kick start any Internet business online today. Eventually you will make enough money on the Internet to quit your part-time job.
I think many people get hung up on all the day-to-day activities of building an Internet business and never ever get anything done. Again it's an aptitude thing in my opinion.
If you were to give me a hammer, a saw, a box of nails, 2x4"s, and drywall, and told me to go finish my basement it would never happen. No matter how many e-books I read on finishing a basement it still wouldn't qualify me to do it. I could watch Bob Vila videos all day long and never become good at finishing my basement either.
But I could go out and get a part-time job and save my money, and then hire someone to finish my basement. I would end up with a very nice looking basement.
That is something that you should consider when it comes to your Internet marketing business. You might be better off to pay people to do things for you and you will get better results in the long run.

It would also help if you can work together with other press release expert writers.
2. Ensure that you have important things or event to announce. You cannot just write press release just because you want to. You may also announce new events that your company is deeply involved in or new services that you will be offering to your customers.
3. Ensure that your headlines are attention-grabbing. Get more people to read your press release by making use of interesting and captivating headlines. Also, make sure that your headlines are short, direct to the point and answer the who, what, why, when, where, and how questions of your readers.

5. Include your contact information. At the end of your press release, ensure that you leave your contact information to make it a lot easier for your readers to get in touch with you should they have any questions or should they want to take advantage of your offerings. You may leave your phone number, email address, and your site's URL.

"SEO On A Budget" Tips
"SEO On A Budget" Tips
Download Free Copy Of 14 Point Web Copy Analysis By Yanik Silver
I am often asked if small businesses have a chance at competing in the search engines and the answer is a resounding YES.
It is true small businesses face some challenges that large companies may not. Small businesses typically have smaller budgets, less staff and more pressure as they try to get as much done as they can with a small team. It is true that those things do present a challenge however they do not preclude you from getting top rankings. There is actually an upside here as well! Many people do not realize it, but these small businesses also have some advantages.
Small business usually have less red tape and are free to try different things out and see what really works for them. They can experiment.
They can usually get things done quicker - with decisions not getting hung up in a bureaucratic mess internally.
So many large companies have more money to spend but it doesn't get spent because they are so hung up on every detail and getting every little thing approved.
The truth is SEO doesn't need to cost an arm and a leg - there are ways you can get things done and get into the top of the engines without blowing your budget.
And the truth is any action is better than no action. So even if you can't afford the Cadillac version with every bell and whistle you can still get some things done and begin to better position your site.
Tips for getting top rankings on a budget...
1. Find a company that specializes in smaller businesses that will work with a budget of $300 - $500 per month.
2. Find a company that offers custom packages so you don't have to pay for things you don't need - get a custom package that meets your needs and maximizes your budget to get the best results that are most suited to you.
3. Learn to do some of it yourself - you could try Blogging, link building or article syndication yourself and save some money there.
4. Find a company that is reputable with proven results so your budget isn't wasted on a company that won't deliver.
5. Contact an SEO Firm sooner rather than later - especially if you are redesigning your site or making changes on your own. Some site owners dig themselves into a hole with sites that are not able to get indexed and ranked. The longer you sit in this hole, the more it may cost you to dig out.
6. If you really can't afford any professional services, buy a (reputable) book and some basic consultation or a site review to get you started and handle your SEO yourself. It may not be perfect but with the right guidance you can make some progress on your own. Please note that this option doesn't help if you are only fooling yourself - if you don't really have the time or knowledge to get in and work with code, then you won't get anything out of this option. Be honest with yourself when considering this option.
The most important thing you can do is take action and find out what you can afford and what you can do yourself. Don't assume that nothing can be done. You'll miss out on opportunities and rankings that could be yours.

5 Surefire Ways To Generate Website Traffic
5 Surefire Ways To Generate Website Traffic
Download Free Copy Of Six Steps To Six Figures
The whole purpose of building a website is to get it noticed on the World Wide Web. However, without targeted traffic, your website will wither away and die. Traffic is the lifeline of a successful website business. In this short article, I am going to give you just 5 of the many possible ways in which to generate targeted traffic.
1. Article Marketing
Article marketing is one of the very best ways for driving targeted traffic to your website. Write an article between 300-500 words and submit it to some of the many article directories on the internet. Be sure to include a resource box at the end of your article with a back link to your site. Make absolutely sure you follow the rules of the article directories you are submitting to. Once your article is approved you can enjoy the traffic it brings for a long time to come.
If you have written an informative article with high quality content, it may be picked up and used by bloggers, ezine publishers and owners of newsletters. Just one article a day submitted to the directories could result in 30 articles sending you traffic on a daily basis.
2. Submitting Blog Posts to Social Bookmarking Sites
There are hundreds of Social Bookmarking sites on the internet today. Sign up for several and submit your blog posts. Be sure to submit your post in the right category. Somebody that is interested in Internet Marketing wouldn't look in the Pets category!
3. Write Testimonials
If you have bought an online product and are happy with it, why not submit a testimonial? The site owner would be very happy to display your testimonial on their site to show other interested customers how great their product is. The beauty of doing this strategy is putting a link to your website on their website. If their website is popular it can generate a lot of traffic for you.
4. Forum Marketing
Forums are a great way for driving targeted traffic to your website. Find a forum that is highly targeted to your website and become involved with the community. You must also create a signature. With your signature, you should provide a link back to your website. Give the reader some value and provide a call to action to induce them to click on your link.
The biggest benefit of all with forum marketing is the fact that the community is a very tight knit group of people who are interested in the same subject, making them extremely targeted prospects.
5. Commenting
If, like me, you may have signed up for many newsletters. Upon reading the newsletter, and if you find it interesting, then why not comment on it? As most of the comments are moderated, it is in your best interest to say something useful and not just a one-liner such as: "Great Newsletter". This doesn't give value to the newsletter or to yourself, so think about creating an informative comment. You will provide a back link to your website. If the newsletter provider has a huge mailing list, then your comment and link will be in front of thousands.
These are just 5 of the very many ways in which you can easily generate huge amounts of traffic to your website for little effort and, best of all, for no cost.
Happy traffic hunting.

Home Based Business: How To Balance Your Business With Life And Still Have Some Sanity

Owning a home based business holds its own challenge far different than those of people who leave the house every day to go to a 9 to 5 job. In the corporate environment you have a boss or someone you must answer to, in your home based business you answer to yourself, so your daily operation must be done with efficiency.
If you have children at home with you there is an even more complicated element in your work at home tasks, they present more interruptions and means of moving off focus than for those that do not have these distractions. Not to mention the lack of space you might have with all their toys around to keep them occupied.
Therefore the first thing you must do in order to maintain focus and your sanity is to make a place in the house that is yours. If the best you can do is the corner of the room that will do, it simply needs to be a place where you can have what's necessary to dedicate yourself to your business.
This is not ideal, but if you have children at home this may be the best you can do during the day. Many stay at home moms have found it more productive to work while the kids are napping or after they have gone to bed at night. Ideally to achieve the most efficiency out of your available time you would want a place that is quite, where you can close the door and stay focused.
If all you give yourself is two to four hours a day of focused productive time you will see results in you home business. And the more of those results you see will give you the time you're looking for as a home business owner. The freedom to go to the kid's soccer game or be a parent helper at their school is after all a big reason why you have invested the time and effort to work from home.
Another way to maintain sanity in your daily home business tasks is to plan. Plan your day, schedule out the things that are the most important to be accomplished that day. Do only what you can handle and what will drive benefit for your business goals and get those done. You can purchase an inexpensive day planner at your local office supply store and check off each task as they have been complete. I do this everyday; I don't know how people get along without them.
Balancing your work and your life is important for your success as a business person, as a spouse or parent and for your overall health.

Top Home Businesses: Some Self Discipline is Essential for Success
Top Home Businesses: Some Self Discipline is Essential for Success
Get Free Copy of Derek Gehl's Six Steps You Need To Follow To Guarantee The Success Of Your Online Business! & Affiliate Marketer's Handbook
We examine the all-important issue of self-discipline; one of the key ingredients necessary for success in any home business venture. It is widely recognized that the vast majority of home businesses fail within the first year, for a number of reasons, such as failure to research the viability of the proposed business, by means of thorough market research.
In reality, a very common cause of failure is simply a lack of self-discipline. Most business owners leave some form of employment before embarking on their dream of self-employment, and a possible motivation might well be to escape from clutches of the boss. Having made the break, a very human reaction might then be to relax from the pressure.
This reaction could easily be the cause of downfall! We cannot stress too highly the importance of clarifying one's motivation for starting out on a home business. Whether we like his methods or not, a hard-driving boss can be a reasonably effective substitute for motivation. We might not enjoy working for him, but he gets things done. If there is no driving-force or motivation, the result could easily be failure.
Be clear in your own mind why you are going it alone, and understand how important it is to you personally to succeed. Thus when the temptation is to "take the day off" be sure that this is for a good reason and make a personal decision to make up the time lost.
Some ideas which may be helpful to you in establishing your business on a sound footing as soon as possible:
- Try to make it a habit to work regular hours. Make a set time every morning to read and respond to e-mails and other correspondence. You should check again later in the day to deal with anything urgent that needs your attention.
- Try also to respond promptly to queries.
- Don't even have your television turned on during your "working hours." It's too easy to be distracted by a sports programme or other interesting item.
- Remind family members and friends that although you're working from home, you're still working! Long personal telephone calls can break your concentration and waste your time. Suggest tactfully that the best time to contact you is at certain times when you're not busy at your computer.
- It is extremely difficult to handle the demands of small children at home, whilst you are trying to run a business. It's essential to find ways around this very real problem. For now, try to find ways of containing the distraction as far as possible.
- At least, tackle your most difficult tasks during the children's rest-time, or when they are occupied under supervision.
In essence, it's vital to treat your business with commitment and determination. Your personal circumstances will have a significant influence on the success or otherwise of your home business. Should you be able only to devote limited time and effort to it, you must expect your results to reflect this.
It is most unlikely that you will be able to enjoy a full-time income from a part-time business, at least until you have been able to develop your business to a stage where many functions operate "on auto-pilot." Some highly successful owners of top home businesses are eventually able to make huge incomes while working part-time, but this takes considerable time and skill to achieve. The self discipline of working regular hours every day will go a long way towards helping you to make a success of your business!
In our next article in this series we look at how to set, and manage some business targets.

The Right Content for Your Email Marketing
The Right Content for Your Email Marketing
Download Free Copy Of The Expert Guide Opt-In List Building
Email marketing may include sending email advertisements to a large distribution list, publishing and distributing an e-newsletter and sending informative emails with a soft sell approach to encourage recipients to make a purchase or visit your website. Whether you opt to utilize one or all of these email marketing techniques, you will be faced with one specific dilemma and that is writing the content which will appear in these emails. This is critical because these emails may be the first impression potential customers are receiving for your products and services. Superior content will give the potential customers a good first impression which may make them more likely to purchase your products or services. This article will discuss some proven techniques for ensuring the content you use in your email marketing campaign will reap the maximum benefits.
The importance of hiring a professional writer to assist you in your email marketing campaign cannot be stressed enough. It is one of the most critical elements to the success of your campaign. You may be a decent writer or you may have a staff member who you think can do a good job creating the content for your email marketing but unless you or your staff member is a professional writer by trade, the quality of the work will likely not be of the same quality as a professional can produce. This can be very damaging especially if your competitors are hiring writers to create their content. Your emails will likely not be viewed as favorably as the emails written by professionals.
The content you decide to include in your email marketing efforts is largely a matter of personal preference but there are some methods which have traditionally been more successful than others. The type of content which may be effective often includes informative articles, short useful tips, links to relevant websites, advertising for complementary products and even some subtle forms of advertising which are meant to persuade the recipients of the email to either make a purchase or visit your website.
Full length insightful articles which are likely to be of interest to the members of your email distribution list are an excellent idea for your email marketing campaign. These articles are a good idea because they will likely contain information which the recipients of your email will appreciate. Additionally, these articles give you the opportunity to include information about your products or services in the copy of the email. This can be a subtle form of advertising when it encourages the recipients to purchase a product or service or visit the website without actually asking the recipient to do so.
Short product reviews can also be very useful and helpful when you include them in your email marketing campaign. These reviews can help to attract a great deal of attention especially when the reviews focus on the products you offer and provide favorable reviews for these products. This type of information can either be subjective in nature or can remain objective by simply specifying the features of the products and offering other concrete pieces of information as opposed to opinions of the products.
Advertising is often a quite important part of an email marketing campaign. This advertising may either be direct or indirect in nature. Direct advertising may include banner ads or other graphical advertisements which encourage website visitors to click through the link to reach either your website or a sponsor’s website. Indirect advertising may apply to content in the copy of featured articles which subtly encourage visitors to make a purchase or visit your website. The indirect marketing in an email marketing campaign is usually supporting the products or services you offer while direct marketing will likely promote products and services offered by sponsors who paid to receive advertising space on the email. Email recipients are usually well aware these graphics are part of an advertisement and will choose to click on these links when they have an interest in the products or services being offered.

How Your Business Can Benefit from Email Marketing
How Your Business Can Benefit from Email Marketing
Download Free Copy Of Create Multiple Streams Of Online Income
Even if you are already running a successful business, you may be surprised to learn your business can benefit greatly from orchestrating an effective email marketing campaign. An email marketing campaign and a number of different advantages including the ability to reach a worldwide audience, a variety of different marketing options at your fingertips and the ability to do a great deal of marketing with very little investment dollars. This article will take a look at all of these different topics to provide insight into how email marketing can benefit your business.
For many business owners one of the most prominent advantages to email marketing is the ability to reach a worldwide audience with minimal effort. While traditional marketing methods such as television advertisements, radio advertisements and advertisements in print media are typically targeted at a rather small geographic area, email marketing can reach a worldwide audience. It is possible to reach an audience of this magnitude with other marketing methods but it would be much more complicated to do and would likely involve launching advertising campaigns in several different markets. This is possible but would require an intense coordination effort and will likely require at least a few staff members to assist you in this effort.
Conversely, the ability to transmit instantly via email can make it much easier to reach target audience members with literally just the click of a mouse. The act of creating the marketing materials for your email marketing campaign is significantly more involved but once this is done reaching members of your target audience is quite simple.
Another advantage to email marketing is there are a multitude of advertising options available to those who wish to utilize this marketing strategy. The most commonly used method of email marketing it so send out group emails with product information and other promotional materials. However, another way to approach the concept of email marketing is to publish and distribute e-newsletters to interested email recipients. An e-newsletter is typically much more in depth than the type of information which would normally accompany a promotional email. These e-newsletters typically feature at least one in depth article as well as a few shorter articles which either offer useful tips or review products. Additionally there may be some graphics, advertising and links include in the layout of the e-newsletter. Email marketing campaigns can also take the place of email correspondence courses which typically focus on one niche subject and feature a few installments which provide detailed information on a specific facet of the niche subject.
Finally email marketing can benefit your business because it is an extremely cost effective method of advertising. When you opt to orchestrate an email marketing campaign you will likely invest money in hiring professionals such as writers and graphic designers to assist you in creating content and an appealing layout for your promotional emails. However, this is typically not more than you would invest in hiring the same type of personnel for an offline marketing campaign. However, unlike offline marketing methods there is not a great deal of cost associated with executing your email marketing campaign. Consider the creation of a television commercial where you will have to pay fees and purchase advertising space to allow your advertising to reach the public. However, when you transmit your advertising via email, there is virtually no cost associated with this transmission. There are of course costs associated with maintaining an Internet connection and retaining employees to send these emails but these costs are minimal and can be considered to be part of normal operating costs.

Internet Usage in China
Internet Usage in China
Download Free Copy Of Web 2.0-The Latest Internet Wave
With internet access and usage in China growing at unprecedented rates, there are so many opportunities for internet marketers to make some serious money from this market.
China has become the number one user of the internet in the whole world - with 253 million internet users. The number of users has increased by a whopping 56% in the year to June 2008, with 43 million of these users coming online in just the December to June period.
But what is truly mind-boggling is that these numbers reflect a very low penetration rate of 19.1% - meaning that only this percentage of the country can access the world wide web. Imagine the numbers if China could reach the 71% penetration of Korea or the 68% of Japan. In order to do the math you need to realize that the current population of China is estimated at 1.325 BILLION people.
Realistically though, in a country as vast as China, it may be a very long time, if at all, before the whole population will have internet access, but certainly the major centers are well serviced.
Who is online?
Females account for just over 46% of users. The age group for internet users is young, in fact over 68% of Chinese internet users are under 30 years of age. Around 39% of these have education to high school only, a reflection of the educational makeup of the Chinese population. 30% of internet users are students and a little over 25% are business employees.
Online habits
The most common objectives of Chinese internet users are internet music, news, messaging and video, followed by search engines and email. Online games are accessed and played by 58.3% of users, while 25% purchase online. Contrary to a popular western perception, over 23% of Chinese 'netizens' use online banking and over 18% access the internet for learning purposes.
The last figure is especially significant for marketers of information products - this 18% equates to around 47 million Chinese people on a self-improvement quest! And this segment is growing.
Online gaming presents another opportunity for selling 'how to' products to this market.
E-commerce
Online shopping is beginning to blossom in China, and statistics from China Internet Network Information Center show that as at June 2008 over 63 million people in China shop online. This figure reflected an increase of almost 17 million in the preceding 6 months alone. The major concentrations of online shoppers are, not surprisingly, the big cities of Shanghai and Beijing.
This growth in online shopping has been put down to more reliable, functional, and secure payment and fulfillment systems.
Opportunities abound.
No internet marketer can afford to be without the solid and detailed information that the research-based Chinese eWhispers provides. No fluff, no hype - just the facts.
